The Job was 99% complete on 07/15/16 and only two screens remained to complete the job. One screen had been received as the incorrect size for the master bedroom and started bowing due to the size matter. This was re-ordered and received on...

8/25/16. One screen had come in damaged from the manufacturer, so it had to be re-ordered again. 1 of 2 pieces were installed on 9/12/16. When our installer had shown up for the final screen install 10/07/16, we were unable to proceed with the install due to the customer not being home. Our service tech has set up a new time for this last piece to be installed. The customer has all product ordered from Elite and the only remaining item to be done is the last screen install. The customer will also be refunded her mailing fee for the letter written to us when the install is completed. No further action should be required after this is complete.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Do not use them and do not waste your money!! The quality of the products, service, managers, install, etc are all poor quality. Since day one with this company I had to continue to call to get updates. Several times I was told that I would recieve a call back, twice was from the manager, and never recieved a call back. The installers are not equipped with the correct tools, or any at all, and ask to use yours, or take them to use with out asking and they barely speak english. In my paperwork it specifically said not to haul away my previous door because it was a brand new door that came with the house we bought, but yet they took my door. Had to call to get them to give it back. When it was finally returned it had several scratches on it so now I wont be able to resell it for the price I wanted to. The door and frame that was installed was of poor quality. The baseboards that go around door had water stains and dents all over them. Just a horrible horrible experience and I hope to save someone else from this tiresome experience that you will recieve with this company!!!!

This matter has already been resolved with the customer. The windows installed were defective from the factory. We are replacing the entire order and up-grading the order to a more expensive frame and glass. Our customer is very happy with our install crews and with our resolution to solving the...

The new install is scheduled for 11-11-14 , please contact this individual after the install date and see if they are satisfied.

Delays in resolving this matter stem from a slow response from the factory field inspector to confirm the defects. We have implemented procedures to avoid such delays in the future should this issue ever arise again.

Do not ever use this company. This is the most unprofessional, lazy, rude, low quality, unorganized company I have ever worked with in any form of business ever. They send some cheese ball salesman to your house who acts perfectly friendly. Then once they deliver the door this man disappears forever. Not only was my doors delivered late, they damaged my baseboards in my house and the door looked refurbished. It was dented, marked up, drawn on, and was just completely beat up. When I asked them

To provide a new door or a discount they acted like I was crazy and then charged me the second half of my money owed before we finalized fixing it and then played dumb and said" oh we can't charge you without a signature." But they had already charged me. Trust me, this is the cheapest and biggest sg company I have ever dealt with. Do not use them.

I needed some windows for a duplex that I'm the manager of, and so I went to Home Depot. It was too complex -- they wanted to send someone out and have the meet with me. I didn't want a meeting ... I just needed new double pane windows of a reasonable quality at a relatively cheap price. The property we needed them on was upgraded to AC and the electrical bills were quite high on it. I figured that changing out the windows would help, so after talking to Home Depot, I called Elite.

They had a 5 window special which the rep said was something of a loss leader. He offered to go out to the property and measure the windows and then install them without me having to meet him. Pricing on the windows was in line what I got out of another vendor (I swear window companies are a hassle as most won't quote a price without a visit). But, I got a price out of them on the phone (A best guess). Then they measured without me having to be there, and said that their price was good because the windows were of a normal size.

I ordered, gave them half the money up front, and they installed them. It was easy, and the value was good. We'll see if I save 20% on my AC over the summer. Either way though -- just something we had to do and now I have matched windows in both units.

My wife and I just had two doors installed on our older home in Wickenburg, Az. All our interaction with Elite Staff was professional and we were treated with respect and understanding. In my personal career I deal with Contractors on a daily basis and have a general distrust of when first starting a project because so many will promise the moon and their delivery is often short of what they state they can do. I must confess Elite did not fall into this category although I did have the same skepticism with Elite. The doors were installed and both my wife and I are quite pleased with the final results. The installers were neat and tidy in their housekeeping and safety awareness.

The best part was even though Elite is located in Scottsdale, they were more than happy to come to Wickenburg to do the install.

Review: I purchased replacement windows from Elite Windows on July 10, 2014. When they came to install several of the windows, doors, screens were defective. The installers were repairing windows,doors, screens, while trying to install. Most could not be fixed. The company representative arrived and we went over everything that needed replaced. Today (9/23/14) the installers arrived to replace all noted problems from the original install. The manufacturer still did not get the replacements correct. I still need five screens, two doors and a frame that were not properly manufactured the first and second time. I paid half down on these windows (3,867) and the company is expecting payment once the installation is complete. I am not at all confident the manufacturer can actually accomplish this. The company has not ignored me but the lack of quality during manufacturing is quite frustrating and I fear that this job will never be completed. At this point I would like to get out of the contract and hire a new company but based on the contract I signed I don't think I can. The installation crew is wonderful but the manufacturer provides a very poor product. I don't know what to do. Hope you can helpDesired Settlement: Let me out of the contract, refund the down payment, so I can hire another company to install windows and doors.

I called to get a "free estimate" and when I asked them to give me the estimate in writing they just were not interested in doing business any more. I waited three weeks and called numerous times and they wouldn't return the call or said that they were working on it. My advise is to watch out, and avoid to do business with this company as they seam to be the type that don't respect their agreements.
