to the better buisness bureau,I refuse the transmission shops offer as the four files above show this chevy tahoe was bought right off the lot then I provide what the prior owner did to the vehicle every six months as to keep the transmission in top shape I also provide the paper in witch I was requesting a transmission kit be done and synthetic trans fluid was used not oil I have also provided a photo of just how well the upkeep of this ride to prove it was taken excellant care of..the transmission shop ruined my ride and I have now had to sell my vehicle to ecology.I am requesting for all damages done I am now requesting the cost of a new transmission or replace the amount for another vehicle thank you

I shared in my previous email, I read the txt messages and the sales person was very clear about this was a one time offer. Customer came back went over the figures and decided to move forward.  We did not force him to buy the truck he could of changed his mind at anytime.  Our client purchased the truck at a great deal well below invoice, and once again it was his choice to come back knowing the deal was not on the table anymore. Sales person was very clear in regards to it was a one time offer only, even told the customer your more then welcome to try to obtain the same deal I doubt they will honor it. decided to purchase also the reference to the bed liner and floor mats I did not find anywhere in any correspondence where anything was promised.  Reading the txt customer stated (I like the truck just wondering if there is any help in those areas. Floor mats and smaller mirrors would make me feel very happy lol. and wish we could have worked a bed liner in the deal. I am rejecting this response because: it is untrue. I have spoken with [redacted] and we are getting all of the issues taken care of. At no point was either my husband or myself called without returning a call. I called [redacted] multiple times, and his answering machine was actually completely full the 2 through 4th time. So while he is doing everything to make it right, this response attempts to put the blame on my husband and I.  That is wrong.

I brought my car back to the Elk Grove service department today, 10-17-16, to be rechecked and repaired. I cannot say that my issue is resolved since I don't know if my car will be repaired correctly yet. It is true that I was given a rental car and I was assured that the car will be rechecked and fixed. So the matter is not resolved as of yet.

We made arrangements with customer to get vehicle. We did all available flash updates for the back up cameras and proximity sensors. This will alleviate customer's concerns. Vehicle will be delivered back to customer.

I am unsure if you received my refuse offer from the el cajon transmission shop.so I am writing that I refuse their offer cause they have definitely lied they didn't use a synthetic transmission fluid causing me to leave with only one gear on my automatic transmission in my Chevy Tahoe.they have completely messed up my entire ride I am requesting to settle out the cost of either a rebuild transmission the amount of fourteen hundred dollars
