I had an appointment for Friday between 12-4pm. No one showed. No one called. I called at 530 and was told they were not going to make it. They rescheduled for Saturday 12 -4pm. I told them I was leaving my house at 4pm and that showing at 330 was not an option for Saturday. Because they were a no call no show, I said I expected to be the next morning call. They said they would do the best they could. Saturday, no one showed. They called at 315pm and asked that we call them back. I called at 330 and got the answering service. They called the tech who called and said he was coming to us next - even though I had said I was leaving at 4pm. They explained that they had emergency calls with customers. I have a 5 year service warranty, am selling my house, have a home inspector showing on Monday and that I needed them Friday for emergency repair. At least come Saturday. They said they had other emergencies. I am sorry, I am the emergency with a 5 year $1600 contract and a previous day no show/ no call. I am the emergency. I asked what I was supposed to do. The man said, and I quote, "I don't know what to tell you." Wrong answer. I said I want the owner to call me on Monday. He said he would have the GM call me. I said if the GM called, they were fired, I wanted my prorated service fee back for 4 years, and that I would report to the AZ Revdex.com. Nothing.

From the first time I called this company to the end of the installation of a new unit, everyone at this company has been professional and a pleasure to work with! My home warranty company initially gave us another company to work with (I did my research and they were not registered with Revdex.com and had 1.5 star rating on Yelp), I declined and did my search and came upon Emergency Air.

They were able to schedule a same day appointment (it was 112 that day!) and Crow, the service tech, was great to deal with. I knew we had to replace the unit (it was 28 years old) so was not surprised when he made the recommendation. We were told at the last repair to expect one to two more years before it would die. We got four years out of it!

The install of the new unit was scheduled for three days later...Crow filled the old unit with Freon to get us through until the install. Jake and Larry did the install and they were professional, efficient, did a great job, walked us through the set up for the thermostat, and answered all our questions.

We had an excellent experience with this company and will not hesitate to have them provide the service moving forward as well as recommend them to anyone needing help for their air conditioner.

Beware - Yet another Air Conditioning company in Phoenix using random outbound calls in place of Marketing.
I have been listed on the Do Not Call list for many years and still get calls but only from the same ###-###-#### number as different companies.
Each time I advise of the Do Not Call list and they claim to take me off but never do. Address/location is the same. The person who called me was more friendly this time and willingly provided the website and the Revdex.com rating.

Review: When I purchased my house, I received a call from Emergency Air and they told me that they shipped a box of gift cards in a blue box. I told them I never received this box and they said they would still offer a free AC check up. I set it up a couple weeks in advance and the I received no call for a follow up. They called again and asked if I was still interested and I politely agreed. I set it up for December 4 2015, between 2pm and 5pm.They called the day before, to verify someone would be home, and I said absolutely. I took the afternoon off from work and was home from 1:50pm until now (6:15 pm) while writing this complaint. I received no call from them saying they are running late or trying to reschedule. This is terrible customer service, especially for a first time (and probably last time) customer. I work for a customer based company and I know how first impression are important and how crucial they are, for long time service. This company needs to work a little harder at first impressions. I am not impressed!! Word of mouth does not help for their referral business as well.

Jonathan P[redacted] is highly efficient and knowledgeable about AC units. He has an excellent work ethic.

Emergency Air replaced parts in both of my air conditioners. A dispute developed but after some discussion we came to a equitable solution. They lived up to their slogan that says "We are not satisfied until you are. Thank you [redacted]
