Review: This company somehow obtained my cell phone number and call frequently. Sometimes they call and hang up, other times they speak and try to sell me their services. I've asked repeatedly for them to remove me from the call list. They are rude and hang up on me when I make this request. Then they continue to call. I am on the do not call list and have never done business with these people. I am tired of the harassment I am receiving from this company and want it to stop.Desired Settlement: Remove my number from their call list and quit trying to sell me their products.

In early March, at a Home Fair, I "won" a free a/c inspection for March 23 the young man, Zach, showed up. He only had a thermometer as a single tool. Measuring the air temp he immediately said I need my system replaced. When I told him he must have more proof than that he came back on March 29, with an battery operated screwdriver. He removed a panel to my condenser and said the dirty coils are where the freon leak is.....I'm looking at $3,000. I again said he has not proven to me where the freon leak is. He strongly urged me to buy a complete a/c unit and condenser because mine is shot. I sent him away telling him he has not proven that it's leaking there, and if it was I would only replace what is broken.

I called an a/c service tech that I have used before to get a second opinion. It seems my gardener accidentally hit the outdoor freon line that comes under my slab out to the A/C unit with an ax while removing a tree stump, and he never told me about what he did. The Emergency Air serviceman Zach never even rummaged around outside, nor did he bring a leak detector, but he was adamant that I needed to spend near $8k on a new set up!!

Beware of what you "win" at a Home Fair and especially if it is Emergency Air and Heating.

Outstanding customer service from jonathon. I felt confident and at ease and knew he would get the job done.

Jonathon P[redacted] took a lot of time to teach me how to properly maintenance my AC since I wasn't ready to hire a service. The next time I have AC needs I will definately utilize this young man and his company.

I highly recommend Emergency Air they had a great tech on site in no time and took care of the needs of my ac, thanks to Jonathan P I will stay cool this summer and the next.

Emergency Air will be my A/C maintenance company from here on out. After having two other companies out and tell me I had no other option but to replace my unit (something I can not afford), the technician from Emergency Air came out and got my unit up and running for a couple hundred bucks. He explained that what he did is just a repair and my A/C is still old and inefficient. We went over options to replace it and now I know what to budget for when I do have to replace it. I got ahold of a friend he gave me Emergency Air. Called them set a time to come out. I was very surprised when the serves man showed on time. Scott was very professional he got on the roof. The one company that came out did not. Scott came down and had all the info of what I needed dun. We set a time for him to come back and do the job.

Thank to them I will stay cool.

After my AC went out I had tried to get a technician out asap. I was very upset when I called Emergency LLC. Luckily they were able to send someone out right away. Jonathon was very professional and patient despite me being upset. Needless to say he fixed the issue and had a positive attitude the whole time. I am extremely happy with the service that was provided and I will always use them and recommend them to anyone who ever has any issues with their AC.

I had a great experience with Emergency Air. I had scheduled a service check up on both my a/c units and [redacted] came out to service them. He was very professional and let me know some repairs that need to be fixed. He came back out a few days later and fixed what I needed and offered me and 5 year service plan that gave me warranty on all my parts. I am very pleased with this company and [redacted] is very knowledgeable. Thanks!

excellent service. the tech came out for a routine check up for 29.95 and a donation to saint marys food bank. he was thorough and explained everything well. we went over repairs verse replace and found a way to fit the replacement of my 25 year old unit into my budget. would definitely recommend.

Review: These [redacted] will not stop calling my phone. I have NEVER had business with them and they are calling a blocked number.

There are literally hundreds of complaints online about this business practice.

I've been having annual checkups on my a/c units for many years and it's always fairly routine, but when Jonathan from Emergency Air came out I was truly impressed. He not only did the routine inspection and cleaning, but he took the time to really inform me on the best ways to maintain and protect my system. He was very professional and friendly.
