Ms *** was given a cancelation notice with her contract and it states that if customer would like to cancel that it must be signed with in days and sent back to the companyNo cancelation notice has ever been signed and sent to the office? There for it states that if customer signs the
cancelation notice after the 3rd fans sent back to the officeNumber on back of contract it states" unless provided in writing , if cancelation period expires with out cancelation by owner and if owner refuses to allow J E S and it assigns to begin work the scheduled work? J E S shall be paid by the owner 30% of the cash price as a compromised and agreed upon liquidation damages."

9/15/17our company was out at residence yesterday, no visable water was foundthere is no problem at this addresswe are running amirror drain up higher on the walls today as I am writing this

Brian called ms *** of this because of previous statements ms *** had made about not paying and she was scheduled to start on Jan th not the 28th of DecemberThe owner is afraid ms *** will not payThere for asked Brian to call ms *** and let her know the job wouldOt be started unless she has cashiers checks of $5,a piece made out to the companyIf ms *** is still wanting this done this should not be a problem it would $5,on the first day and $5,on completionFor this being a problem for her makes still wonder if she will fail to pay the amount owed as she has previously stated in earlier complaintsMs *** can be rescheduled if this is not a problemShe never called the office asking why this brian called her and stating the amount due on first day? Ms *** should completely understand why we put this in effect due to her previous statements.?
