Good Morning, It is not how you have just explained it hereYou Mr*** did not come get the vehicle as you said you would when the vehicle was delivered with this problem after being bought and promised the vehicle would be serviced bumper to bumperI had to call you from a different phone for you to answerI have all the textes and phone callsThe uber you paid was to go home only because we refused to take the car back home without being fixedMr*** promised to receive car the Saturday we took it there and promised to deliver a loaner the following Monday which never happenedPlease don't say you provided anything nor that you were unable to contact me because this is not trueThe only day I did not respond was this past Tuesday because I was informed that Revdex.com had contacted you and was waiting for your response. Today I see the response from yesterday at around The issue of a refund due to the vehicle having a problem that was not known when car was bought, has not been addressedIf the warranty is extended in writing because I only had the vehicle for a total of about daysAnd the car is delivered today and you do not attempt to charge a storage fee like you said yesterday, we can work this out Regards,

Good afternoon, We have worked closely with Mr***.All work is covered by us, as it is an inconvenience but, nonetheless the time to perform the services is the issue.Mr*** dropped off the vehicle to the dealership and we provided an UBER car service for him paid by the
company. Mr*** vehicle has been ready since Monday the 19th of December; we have tried to contact him via text and voice mail and still have not received an answer. Moreover, we are one of the few dealerships who stand behind our product and its quality However, the only reason it was not addressed earlier because of the unavailability of a loaner carMr*** refused to bring the vehicle to our shop, instead wished to receive the loaner car which, unfortunately, was not available at that time. We would like to reassure Mr*** that Day Warranty period has been extendedMoreover, the dealership provides Lifetime Powertrain Warranty through an independent partyThis warranty will cover his vehicle’s services long after the Day Warranty expiresIt is important for us to retain all our customer satisfied and we will help with resolving the issue as much as possible. Thank you, GENERAL MGR *** ***Empire Motors, Inc

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response doesn't satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #*** How many times had I put a complaint in about this company? Already I've put over $into fixing this thingLet's see: 1) Less than a month after I bought it and it was still in the day lemon law, I had to have my wiper fluid nozzles fixedThe mechanic said it would take three days and I need to drop it off, WHY??? I took it to a better mechanic and it was fixed in minutesThen: 2) In September of I had to have some work done on my transmission, now because of the experience I had the last time, I decided to go to my mechanic and have him do itHe said that someone did some prior work to it and said the they did the WORST mickey mouse job he had ever seen3) In November, I had to have my 4Xmode fixed because of a faulty switch, 4) In February of I had to have my water pump and serpentine belt replaced because they were both faulty, then in April this crap with having my transmission replacedSince I know that you will see this response, I want you people to look at *** and *** and other forms of social media about how other people feel about this placeIt's not just me!

Happy New Year, *** The truck was brought to your tech in Bridge Water, MA and all known issues were addressed. However, not at any time was fuel gauge an issue or starter brought up as an issue as wellThis non-issue is being a self-diagnosis and I'm sure you are still enjoying the truck as we speak and will continue to add miles This is a great *** *** series truck and your son *** loves itMoreover, we cannot replace what is not broken or pay your tech for diagnosing non-covered issueAgain we are willing to offer a $goodwill rebate. Thank you for taking the time and letting us know about your opinionPlease feel free to contact us if you ever need a trusted shop by all meansWe offer at cost parts as well as $per hour labor rate for uncovered itemsThe services are provided to our customers at any time by Empire Motors Inc *** *** ** Empire Motors Inc

There continues to be three problems with the truck that
***, from Empire Motors, promised to take care ofThese three problems are:
1.Gas gauge
Gas pedal sticks
Clicking noise starting the truck and sometimes it
doesn’t start right away
These problems were there on the first day we test drove the
truck and later purchased on 11/14/16, continued to be there on November 28,
when the *** had his mechanic keep the truck for days, and on
December 9, when we took the truck to our mechanicAs you can see from the
attachment the truck still needs the promised work to be done
*** *** states in his last letter that the “fuel gauge
has a delay reading fuel level”It doesn’t read accuratelyHe also states,
“Moreover, the starter is working as well as fuel pump” which is not soThe
attachment shows the work that needs to be done in order to fix these problems
I’m not sure who the “we” is in the letter where it states, “we also came with
a solution of offering a $rebate.” I am not in agreementOur mechanic can
fix these problems for $as shown on the attachment
Again, as I have mentioned in my previous letters, we don’t
expect *** or his company to be responsible for the parts failures in the
future, but we do expect the truck to be fixed as promised when purchasedWe
brought the truck back several times to be fixedIt is not fixedWe also
expect the diagnostic charge to be paid by Empire Motors since they could not
deliver and fix the truck as promised

Good afternoon. We are in full compliance that the vehicle passed inspection and we did all necessary work diagnosed by the customer’s mechanicWe did tires, new hub bearing and all additional work in order to deliver the car to the customer. The vehicle is in a
good conditionHowever, the customer complained of a cold start problem and we immediately discussed that issue. We explained that the vehicle starts as usual as all ** Chevrolet trucks normally do The costumer proceeded back to her original mechanic and stated that he assumes there might be an issue with a fuel pump in the futureThe vehicle runs and drives with no difficulties; moreover, we additionally offered the customer $reimbursement, which she declined According to the company’s policy we cannot change any parts without their prior failureMoreover, the company is not responsible for the parts’ failure in the futureHowever, it is important for us to retain all our customer satisfied and will help with resolving the issue as much as possible. Best regards,*** ***Empire Motors Inc

Dear Revdex.com, I called Empire Motors several times about the A/C problem before going to the autoshopUnfortunately, no one answer the phoneAlso, I was very disappointed by their service and product and wanted the car to be examined by a third-partyIn addition, I provided my contact information multiple times to Empire Motors. To answer the following complain, *** Xwas purchased on October 21, The car was returned for service under the warrantyThe allowable $deductible was chargedThe customer picked up his vehicleWe did not hear from the customer for the next three days, then he called to schedule
an appointment for diagnosticHe failed to show up on 11/and did not reschedule his appointmentCustomer contacted us on 12/and we instructed him to get the vehicle towed in to service facilityWe diagnosed the car following TuesdayStarting from 12/05, we tried to get in contact with him for three days via texts and phone calls, apparently his phone was disconnectedWe finally received a phone call from his mother's phone number and we let him know that the thermostat cannot be covered under the warrantyWe will honor him courtesy goodwill cost of $for parts and laborThe customer declined and kept on saying, that "he just bought the car and it should be covered"We informed him, that days has been exceeded and not only that, but also, the fact, that he was 4,miles over the limitWe are willing to work with our customers to solve issuesAs far as other mechanic are concerned, everyone has different rates and different opinionsYou can also google the national average cost for parts and laborExample, the thermostat has national average of $and we were charging the customer $on a car, that has exceeded 4,miles on the warranty. And also, when we contacted the customer, his mother told us, that she would take vengeance and bashes on the InternetWe sell cars on monthly basis and we know that not all customers may be satisfiedAnd we do have bad reviews, for example, like this customer, being unreasonableAny further questions, please feel free to contact us

In regards to the *** *** purchase in JuneIt is the third party warrantyHe contacted us on April 10, We have to go back in the files and pull up the contractsAll customers are given the paperwork upon picking up or delivery of the vehicleHis warranty package was includedWhen he
contacted us, we immediately put wheels in motion and emailed him the paperwork on April 13, He has to contact the third party warranty company to make a claimIf he had retained his paperwork, he would have easily contact them and solved the issueBut in any case, we did forward an email and instructed how to make a claimAs in any case, you must contact warranty/insurance company yourself to make a claimThank you, best regards, *** ***

Good afternoon We have spent more than a few hours on the truck diagnosing a non-issue of a "starting problem"As stated, the truck went thru a pre-sale inspection as well as the buyer’s mechanics addressed issues However, the customer states that it takes an extra second for the vehicle to startNormally, fuel gauge has a delay reading fuel level, which is a typical ** product’s feature. The customer must take into consideration the fact that the year of the car is The technology has evolved since and all such trucks run as same. Moreover, the starter is working as well as fuel pump. Thus, we cannot cover or replace parts that have not failedThe vehicle is in a great condition and had all the work required by the customer’s technician via pre-sale inspectionHowever, we also came with a solution of offering a $rebate and/or performing work at our cost. Thanks, *** *** *** Empire Motors Inc

Dear Revdex.com,we are glad to have a chance to clarify this situation for you.Prior to the delivery of the vehicle in January, we agreed to take care of the A/C issue and did fulfill our agreementAt the time of delivery customer was able to make sure the problem had been taken care ofSix months
later customer came back stating that the problem mentioned above occured again and the vehicle was fixed by a third party and for that she demanded a reimbursement. Should customer informed us about the issue prior to dealing with it herself, we'd be happy to take care of the problem at our own garage despite the fact that the warranty had been expiredAll the paperwork regarding repairs done by our mechanics prior to the delivery of the vehicle was emailed to customer after obtaining her e-mail addressAlso we would like to mention that at the time of delivery there were no visible damages to the bumper at all.Once again if customer contacted us before bringing the vehicle to a third party we would definitely find a solution to the problem, but our contract clearly states that we can not pay for repairs done by outside facilities

Good afternoon! Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced in respect to a missing cover for your *** ** 350.AtEmpire Motors Inc., we take pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfactionUnfortunately, we did not meet yourexpectations
Upon thorough review of the situation, we narrowed the cause to a problem with a sellerThe part we received for a customer was in a different color from an advertised oneThe process of returning and trying to receive a new part took a long time, therefore created a great confusion between the departments and managers. We have ordered the part from several sellers and currently waiting for the fastest of them to be delivered We will be more than happy to ship it to you as soon as we receive the part.We deeply value your relationship with Empire Motors Incand are committed to providing you with the highest level of service simply because our customers deserve the very best. If you have any further questions or comments regarding this matter, please feel free to discuss it with us. Yours in service,Empire Motors Inc

The message from the business is just another reflection of their poor business ethicsNot only is everything they mentioned false, they are COMPLETELY lyingI have separate screenshots from the price of the car I found on the internet listed at $on various websitesThe car was clean, but that doesn't negate the fact the car was listed at $and fell within the range of the car value according to Kelly Blue BookMy dad's comment regarding his *** is entirely irrelevant to the situation of the car being listed at a price that indicates a bait and switchI sent my dad merely to look at the car because it was close to him, he doesn't know anything about cars and simply gave a compliment of the car, nothing moreAs I previously mentioned, after researching Empire Motors, there is an indecisive amount of negative attention surrounding the topic of bait and switch along with many other infractions that violate the code of business ethicsIt isn't fair to anyone within our community to have to deal with people like Empire MotorsI still believe Empire Motors should be held accountable at the highest level of punishment and have their status reviewed by the Revdex.comIn my honest opinion, the dis-accreditation of Empire Motors would and should be consideredWithout any repercussions, Empire Motors and other business's alike are able to maintain a reputable stature among business's they do not deserveThis also is unfair to competitors who have accreditation and follow laws that are in place.

[Befor purchasing the Chevrolet *** from Empire Motors Incin Canton, MA, the dealership took the truck to the mechanic for a quick look verIt was NOT a diagnostic evaluation on the truckAfter this visit, we discussed with *** the following three problems that needed to be fixed:IClicking noise when trying to start the truck and sometimes the truck doesn't start up right awayThe gas pedal was stickingThe gas gauge didn't read accurately ***, the salesperson, promised they would be check out and fixed by his mechanicHe also promised that if the problems continued, the truck should be brought back to be fixedWe purchased the truck, experienced all the same problems from day one, and brought the truck back to be fixedHis mechanic kept the truck for six days and *** told us nothing is wrong with it. We then took the truck to a mechanic and it was diagnosed within three hours with the same problems we complained about on day oneSee the above two attachments. As *** stated in his response to my complaint they "did all necessary work diagnosed by the customer's mechanic" isn't accurateHe states "they did tires" We were told the tires were replaced because the business doesn't allow a truck to leave the shop unless the treads are 75% or better! He states that the "vehicle starts as all ** Chevrolet trucks normally do" which is not what we agreed on before we purchased the truckI We don't expect *** or his company, as he quotes, "to be responsible for the parts' failure in the future"We do expect the truck to be fixed as agreed upon when purchased and that the cost of the diagnostic to be included too.

[redacted] knows that this is what the truck needs to have done in order to fulfill his promised agreement. Since the first day, the following problems were:   1.Gas gauge 2. Gas pedal sticks 3. Clicking noise starting the truck and sometimes it doesn’t start right away The fuel gauge has been an issue since day one. [redacted] knows this, talked to us about it, and said he would fix it. Yes, I heard [redacted] go on and on about how this type of truck does this however, he promised to fix it. A starter issue was not discussed but we did discuss the truck makes a clicking noise and sometimes doesn’t start when turning the key. I believe a mechanic needs to diagnose this problem. We finally took the truck to a mechanic since [redacted]’s mechanic couldn’t diagnose it. You can see the diagnostic bill and results that are attached. It’s very interesting that [redacted] and his mechanic couldn’t find anything wrong. Work needs to be done on the truck and [redacted] promised it would be done. As we all know, addressing and fixing a problem(s) are two different things. We were promised they would be fixed because we addressed them on the first day and numerous times after that. Not only did [redacted] and I discuss the three issues with the truck plenty of times, he screamed and yelled at me on the phone over these issues. He swore too. This is not how I do business and is why I have filed a claim with the Revdex.com. My opinions are not being expressed in these responses. My concerns are REAL. Referring to themselves as a “trusted shop by all means” is a false statement and is an unbelievable comment to make.

That's interesting.  The dealer advertised a lifetime warranty.  At no time did he mention anything about my offer nullifying the advertised warranty, in fact, I have the dealer's ([redacted]) written responses  to my request for the warranty documents, stating that he was sending them.  he never followed through, therefore this complaint.
Regards,
[redacted]

Good afternoon!  We sent all applied papper work to the customer. He is now looking for the lifetime warranty offered as advertised. The dealership’s disclaimer states, this information is also found on the official website, that advertised warranty is not applicable with any types of...

discounts or other offers. The [redacted] was discounted with $1000 off from an advertised price of $18000. Since the price was discounted, the advertised warranty does not apply on this deal.  The dealership has promisedRunning Boards to be installed. Additionally, ding on a door was also repaired also that was not there on delivery. We have given all paperwork to the customerand explained that we do not negotiate the warranty prices. Moreover, all warranty and extended service plans come with the asking price. We understand the customer’s concern and ready to offer  the warranty at cost of  $450. That is best we can offer. There are no other issues have come up with the warranty. We had numerous text messages and calls sent and received while looking into this deal.We discovered no warranty on file. The dealership informed the customer about it, explained the situation and then received the complaint.  Best regards,Empire Motors Inc.
