I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  
I reject the business response because it is vague. It's claimed that in some cases the application is incomplete; however the business is not stating this was the case for my application or why they didn't respond. My application was complete including contact information.  As attached I received a phone call from an employee named [redacted] and also the business contacted me over email and told me they would respond with the decision, which they never did.   The application was complete and the business cannot indicate otherwise.   They also imply has limited possibility to respond but I received over 20 emails and  phone calls.  The business is required to inform me of the decision of my credit application and if truly a mistake was made or the application was 'incomplete' the business would be able to support this.

They said it's a 1-2 hour job. I have no problem waiting that long to get it fixed. I didn't understand why I need to drop the car off for something that simple. I need a vehicle for work.

provide loaner vehicles, but you are more than welcome to bring the vehicle to our repair facility at any time.2009 [redacted] is under our warranty and we are more than happy to perform all the required services. However, our mechanics have estimated and proposed  time for the diagnosis and repair time, therefore, the vehicle just simply needs to be dropped off at the service location. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover services performed outside of our dealership, since we cannot guarantee a quality of it and any issues that might arise after the repair. We deeply value your relationship with Empire Motors Inc. and are committed to providing you with the highest level of service simply because our customers deserve the very best. Good afternoon! We have notified the costumer that the vehicle is ready since MondayDecember 19th. We have resolved all the issues and the car passed the inspection. We also did deliver it and attempted to re-deliver to the customer. Unfortunately, due to conflicts a loaner car was not available at that time. However, we are still responsible to cover all repair costs of the vehicle, without $100 deductible charged.  But at this time, as it was already mentioned via text and written, we are charging 35 dollars per day and will further put mechanics lean on it. The company is within limits of the law as much as we stand behind our product. It was a costly repair done as quickly as possible and we do not see how fare could we be by fixing the car. Moreover, the Warranty will be extended per law. [redacted]P.S. I didn't know how else to respond. All I can say is this: [redacted] wanted me to drop the [redacted] off for TWO DAYS so they could fix the windshield wiper fluid nozzles. I took it to the usual mechanic I go to. I told him that, he started laughing and asked ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!! The job took 15 minutes!!!!!!! My mechanic said that was the WORST mickey mouse job he had ever seen on a transmission. How long would it take to fix that? Took my usual mechanic 2 days. You don't even provide a loaner car!! Do you honestly think that I would ever go to your mechanic after dealing with that?

In regards to 2008 [redacted] DTS, the customer sent [redacted] Sr to test drive a car. We informed the customer that the vehicle price was $8500 and we would do $250 off courtesy discount and $500 off if the customer doesn't want the warranty. The sales person handling the sale also called the buyer to...

inform him of the price and he said that he cannot find it on the web site and this is probably a mistake. The buyer agreed to purchase the car for $8100 with the warranty.As a sight note, the father that came to test drive 08 DTS noted, that the price of $8500 was very good for the car because he paid more for his 2009 [redacted] and made a comment, that if his son is not buying this vehicle, he will buy. This is just a simple clerical error with the pricing on the Internet.
