This company is basically the ambulance chasers of the roofing industry. The company has one fast talking salesman that follows storms throughout the NC/SC area and concentrates on mainly high end housing areas. If your home is less than 2000 square feet, chances are you will never see them. basically having him look at the roof of my residence, I had asked him to look at the roof of my old house which I rent out. The rental house is only 1400 square feet and he did take a quick look. His appraisal was the that although the roof was 4 years older than my current residence, it did not need replacing. Two weeks later it had a leak after a big storm.

The salesman will give you a great speech that will 95% guarantee that you will get your insurance companies' approval for a complete new roof. He will also show you a list of all the great things they will do for you. At the end of the list he will want you to sign stating you agree to their terms. DO NOT SIGN this paper. This company will take the entire insurance check which in most cases is $4000 to $5000 more than the local average to have a complete roof replaced.

Always get AT LEAST two other estimates from local, well established, roofing companies before using this company. You will be doing yourself a favor and will save money.
