electronically. I clicked on the CardCash icon, put in the info from the front and back of my gift card, then got the "We wish to welcome you to CardCash." email. It is attached for your reference. I'm not trying to rip you off. I just want the $you told me you would give me for my $*** *** card

I am rejecting this response because:
After speaking with *** Corporate office again, they re-iterated the fact that they have put CardCash on notice that there were "many" fraudulent cards being sold on the secondary market. This alone should have alerted CardCash to the fact that there may be issues, and this fact should have been forwarded to their customers.They did verify that this card was "frozen" on December 22, 2015, almost days after I purchased the card from CardCash. Although I verified that the funds were on the card at the time of purchase, the fact that I did not actually use the card is a moot issue. CardCash knew a potential problem existed, and failed to advise their customer. If CardCash believes that they are not liable for the potential of selling fraudulent cards without advising their customers, and if they believe that they should not have to warrant their products past the days after the sale, and if they feel that they are totally in the right, then I would request that they supply me with the name and contact information for the person who sold them the card so that I can pursue legal action with the State's Attorney General against the primary seller. Otherwise, my only recourse is legal action in small claims court here in Mississippi against CardCash for the fraudulent sale.That is, unless CardCash wishes to make me "whole" with a card of equal or greater value, or a full refund of the amount spend with their company

Despite the fact that this is beyond our 45-day guarantee we can make an exception and offer the customer a website credit for the purchase amount of the card.We apologize for the inconvenience and request that in the future the customer uses all cards within days of purchase

Hi, You sold the gift card as an ecode, not via mail.We spoke to the merchant and we were told the gift card was used 4/in Las Vegas, few days before you sold us the invalid code.It may be possible the information you but in is a digit or two off.You can email the code to
*** and we can double check that for you.If the code and pin we have is correct there is no way we could have used it as the merchant told us it was used 4/in Vegas.I am not sure how you received this card or if anyone else on your end had access to it, you may want to look into that as well

First of all, I don't appreciate your tone Second, the gift card number and pin that I sold now has a balance of zero There is nothing to double check The issue is that it DID have a balance of $until I typed the card number and pin into your website Then miraculously the balance was all of the sudden zero and no one seems to want to take responsibility I obviously wouldn't sell an empty gift card bc clearly the balance is verified before any payment is made Plus the gift card was used in Las Vegas it said and I have never ever been there! I live in Wisconsin!! And call it an ecode or whatever, it was $to *** *** Once you got a hold of the card number and pin, the balance was gone This isn't coincidence and I've checked around online and I'm not the first person with this issue on your site This is a total scam and needs to be st down! I want my money back someway somehow

clicking on our terms and conditions and we send information about our 45-day policy with every gift card we ship.***
