There was no confirmation that my order was shippedIt finally did comebut the product looked fine but is worthlessThe battery did not take a charge, so I am out a little bit of money and still have to go to a reputable supplier to get a battery

BEWARE!! Do NOT, I repeat do NOT order anything from this companyI wish I had read some of the reviews before I ordered because it seems like more than 95% are dissatisfied, and for the same reason as me, they send you crap that you can't use and good luck returning it!!!
I specifically ordered a remote for a certain TV, and they assured me it would be identical
However, I received a remote for a TOTALLY different TV, that is is absolutely useless to me
BUT, to make matters worse, EVERY time that I call the number provided, I get the same voicemail, ""We're sorry, But the Voice mailbox is full and cannot accept any more messages,,,goodbye"",,,really?!
I've emailed twice now and no response,,,nadaI've given them phone numbers, secondary email accounts etc...It's a joke
Here's my take on itThey buy boxcars full of crap and send you whatever they have, whether it fits your needs or not, and if you want to do anything about it,, ""big deal because we made a butt-load of money off of you is and we're in the Bahamas""..Horrible experienceI've read over reviews from various sources and almost all the same as me, "I wish I had read before I bought, I placed a specific order, they sent the wrong thing, and now good luck trying to contact them
I have posted other reviews, and it is probably a waste of time and I'm still out bucks, but maybe someone else won't be scammed by these obvious ripoffs

I ordered a replacement remote control for a Mitsubishi tvmodel *** This web site came up advertising the remote control I ordered it and when it came it was the remote control from Direct TV How can you advertise it as a mitsubishi remote and then send a Direct TV remote? I payed for the item through *** *** When I received it there was not packaging slip and no instructions on how to contact the merchant for a refund I do have my receipt that I printed out from my order My oder no or transaction nois *** It was purchased for $and I would like to receive my money back ADVERTISEMENT!!!!

I wanted a replacement battery for my old Uniden Cordless Phone and if you bought two batteries if was $EMTC Incseemed to be a good place when I looked on their site So I checked out my phone information and ordered the number that they said would fit it They cashed my Visa for $11.90, I received the little package on July 10th, 2017, and neither battery would fit the phone So I probably emailed them about times and no one could be bothered to email back They got my money in good faith and then have the nerve to send me back junk that is worthless to me Put them out of business How many more people have to be made fools of?

I ordered a remote control for my Orion TV/VHS/DVD combo on their websiteWhen it came in, it was a Directv universal remote with instructions that did not include programming codes for my TV set(I had to look up the right code on Directv's website as their company will not respond to emails, which is their only contact information available.) The remote does not control either of the DVD or VHS features on my TV setI don't know how they procured the Directv remote, but the image they showed on their website did not have any Directv logos

I ordered two items on Dec8, 2018, now it is Jan10, Received one item that was not the specific battery I ordered--was some kind of substituteWorse yet, I ordered a BATTERY FOR A CANON DIGITAL CAMERA--THAT NEVER DID ARRIVE and I sent three previous emails to say the battery had not arrived It is obvious that they have no intentions of ever sending it or answering my inquiry I don't recommend this sorry company to anybody! On March 25, I ordered a remote from emtc in Santa Ana CAI never received any notification until one day getting an unboxed remote in an envelope via USPSUpon opening I found a remote to direct tvThis is not what I ordered so I sent different return requests and upon the 3rd, I am asked for a transaction number which I never receivedI told *** *** via email, that I never had one so I sent him an attachment of my bank statementHe then gives me a return number but says that I have to pay for shippingIt will cost me for shipping on a item that I didn't order

I received the wrong power adapter and attempted three times, via email, to request directions for returning the device for correct replacementThe website information indicated that they would respond to the email within hours, which now appears to be totally falseAt that point, I repackaged the power adapter I received and returned it to the address found on the original shipping container with a letter indicating why it was being returnedIt was delivered to Goetz on July5, To date I have not received any response or the requested replacement power adaptorBased on their rating with Revdex.com and the prior documented customer complaints, I am not hopeful of a positive outcome at this pointIt is unfortunate that the FCC cannot intervene and either force the issue or invoke a hefty penalty for fraudulent advertisingDoing business with this company via mail order or the internet is not an undertaking that I would recommend to anyone

I received a cell phone battery for my old LG VXphone The battery is worse than the one I wanted to replace- holds a charge for about day only and that's without the phone being used I e-mailed the company twice and then called When I selected "instructions for returning items", I found that I was expected to pay for return shipping This is not right when the product is defective I just called again and selected other options- placing an order and general information I got a recording for each option saying that the mailbox was full, goodbye I wish I read these complaints before ordering from them I never would have done it If possible, I would give them stars

Purchased a battery for my cell phone on 12/30/and still have not received it Have emailed them twice asking for it but they don't even bother answering me At this point it seems like a scam As you can see from the below line there is a transaction ID# you can refer to:

The Comcast replacement remote control I received from EMTC was not new; in fact it was not even cleaned! The recessed letters were filled in with brown ...mud? I paid $20 for a replacement remote for a Toshiba TV. Couldn't do much with it. Turns out it was a refurbished Direct TV remote with the Direct TV references removed. Hopefully, I can get a refund.
