Review: Ordered this product. Paid the company. The product was delivered. It is inoperable. I have tried to reach them several times and they have not responded.Desired Settlement: Refund

The Comcast replacement remote control I received from EMTC was not new; in fact it was not even cleaned! The recessed letters were filled in with brown ...mud? The remote's back panel was heavily scratched. No instructions were included. I was able to program the remote to turn my cable box on and off, but not my TV. The remote refused to accept any of the TV manufacturer's codes. Transaction # **SSN**T625302S (31 Jan 2016).

Review: advertisement of national brand name battery, confirmed in an email, but delivered substitute imitation products.Desired Settlement: company change its policy and do not advertise genuine product and ship imitation; immediately state in bold type they do not offer genuine branded batteries and only provide substitute imitation battery

Review: I ordered two amino remote controls ([redacted]). The remotes that were delivered were the amino remotes bw0980-030. [redacted] received the order as I was out and noticed they were wrong. she sent them back and re-rdered two more remote controls - amino tz-rc43b-30. that order came in the same as the first - amino remotes bw0980-030. now customer service for emtc is not responding to either jennifer's emails or myself to get a refund or the remote controls that we actually need.Desired Settlement: it is preferable to get replacements of the correct remote controls since we ordered these out of need, though if emtc cannot find a way to quickly get this done, we will need a full refund.

Review: I ordered an SCH-A670 Samsung battery. It DID NOT show that it was out of stock. On the contrary, it had a number of different prices available (depending upon the quantity ordered) so I ordered just the one for $14.95. My card was charged and I waited for the arrival. After several days I noticed the card was refunded the $14.95. There is no telephone number available for the consumer and the email address is within the website so I could only send a complaint. My complaint was this; (I even took a screen shot of this as well) The only $14.95 battery showing in the website says it is out of stock. There is another battery showing 14.95, but when you click on it the screen changes the price to $19.95. (I also took a screen shot of this price change for the same battery) I did send an email to the company, but it would not answer my questions and only said "Thank you for your recent order with us. But, we are currently out of stock on this product. Therefore, we have cancelled and refunded the transaction to close out this case." But this is nonsense because under the help page they allow for backorders. It reads"Q: What happens when an item is back-ordered? Back orders are very rare at Emtcompany.com. We keep the shelves of our warehouse stocked deep with every product displayed on our website. A confirmation email is automatically sent with each order so you know exactly whats going on with your order at all times. However, in the event that one or more of your items is back-ordered, we will ship the in-stock portion of your order and place the other items in temporary back-order status. Once your back-ordered item is in stock, we will immediately ship it at absolutely no cost to you. You may receive multiple shipments for one order, but youll never pay a dime in shipping costs. Thats the Emtcompany.com guarantee!" They are doing the old bait and switch. They would not answer why the battery was not backordered. I even told them I needed the battery because all my contacts are on it.Desired Settlement: I want them to honor the $14.95 battery. I have attached a screenshot of the phone selling for 14.95, but I had no place to put the next screenshot, where the price jumps to $19.95.

Bought a Pioneer remote control, it does not work. Tried to contact them, was sent to a voicemail, tried to leave a message but all of the mailboxes were FULL. SCAM ARTIST, JUST A BUNCH OF THIEFS.

Review: My wife twice filled out this company's website questions regarding our dissatisfaction with the cable received. It is supposed to connect the Jitterbug cellphone to our computer, and while the parts fit, no data was sent from the phone to the computer (pictures). No-one has been able at other places such as Walgreen's to transfer any pictures from this phone either.

My wife returned the cable within the time set by this company, at our expense, with a letter informing them since their product did not work and we wanted to be reimbursed for the cord AND postage, since it was not our fault we had to return it.

We have heard nothing to date.

We are able to provide hard copy of the account numbers and of the letters enclosed with the cord.

Please advise where the copies can be sent, so this complaint can be finalized.

Review: Ordered and received cell phone battery on June 13, 2014. Battery did not function even after charging. Company did not respond to 4 E Mails.

Phone is never answered and will not accept messages.Desired Settlement: Business should be required to respond to customer issues.

Review: Purchased a power supply on 10/3/2014. I received the power supply but found that it was used and did not work. The power supply was dead on arrival, the power indicator did not light up and it did not provide any power when connected to a display. The company does not clearly indicate that the items they sell are used nor do they advertise that the items do not work. When I notified the company they only responded with one email stating that I could return it if I payed to ship it back and only then would they provide a refund. I requested that they provide a return shipping label or pay for the return shipping since the item shipped was defective and because the cost for me to return ship it would be more than any refund I would receive. They no longer respond to my requests. The also do not provide any customer service via phone.Desired Settlement: I am asking that the company refund my credit card for the full purchase price. If they wish to have me return the defective unit they shipped me then I am requesting they pay for the return shipping costs.
