I would highly recommend Energy Catchers. I was extremely impressed by them from my first meeting. My house had multiple problems and they were able to solve all of them. They are professional, knowledgable, and very helpful. All Energy Catchers employees were people I felt comfortable having in my home. In addition, their estimate was far less than the other two estimates I received. The owner personally sat down with me and confirmed that all of the work was completed to my satisfaction before issuing a final bill. The quality of work was exceptional. Energy Catchers will be my "go to" provider for all future needs.

Both [redacted] and [redacted] were very responsive to my inquiries about their window products. [redacted], the owner, came to my house for the actual measuring and contract writing. He told me the windows would be ready in 3 weeks and he was exactly right. The installers were neat and professional. We are very satisfied with Energy Catchers and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had a patio room added to my home several years ago. There was a problem with the roof practically from day one. The company subsequently went out of business so my "lifetime warranty" was worthless. I had spent hundreds of dollars for repairs that did not last. We recently had storm damage to the roof and I contacted Energy Catchers to assess and repair the damage. [redacted] developed a solution that not only took care of the storm damage, but identified and addressed the ongoing problems (which were actually due to the design of the patio room). I signed a contract with Energy Catchers on Nov. 4,2014 and they have yet to complete the work we agreed upon.I signed a contract with Energy Catchers on Nov. 4,2014 and they have yet to complete the work we agreed upon. Each time I called [redacted] (owner), he continuously tell me that he is sending someone out to complete the job but it is now April and he nor his company has honored the contract and now I am seeking a refund.Desired SettlementI am seeking a full refund of my deposit of $8000Business Response /[redacted]/Business states they have spoken with customer and complaint is resolved.Consumer Response /[redacted]/Originally, I contracted with [redacted] for house improvements who, in turn, subcontracted Energy Catchers, in my local area, to perform the work. It is true that [redacted] refunded my money but [redacted] is holding $3,888 I paid upfront for work that was not completed. I was told they will not refund my money and that I owe them an additional $465. [redacted] sent them a bogus, fake account of "extra" charges I supposedly owe for tasks he performed at my house which are ludicrous because I have photos proving otherwise. In addition, he charged back to me the money he repaid. I am sending [redacted] the original contracts Energy Catchers presented and also photos with dates to support my allegations and for them to refund my money.

Energy catchers is great to work with. They were extremely helpful with providing information and options for the recent repairs my house required.
