Energy Rescue reached out to Mr [redacted] and left a message on the only number that we have on file for Mr [redacted] on 2/12/after realizing the issue through the Revdex.com Mr [redacted] had apparently been dealing with this customer and Mr [redacted] We have never offered a year full money back guarantee and it has always been months due to the varying temperatures each year and the fluctuation of utility cost We have reached out to Mr [redacted] as stated as to come up with a resolution and get to the bottom of why he was told months or believes that he was Energy Rescue will provide a resolution and take care of the customer and help them achieve their Utility Savings as that is our main objective Energy Rescue has dealt with the [redacted] issue and resolved that matter moving forward in order to take better care of the customer

We have never received a letter from Mr***There is also no attachment of the letter with the complaintI would like to know the issue in question

Energy Rescue did respond to Mr [redacted] originally and sent a technician to his home to ensure that the installation was done properly and the tech stated that it was in order Energy Rescue will be sending a partial refund to this client as he did save on his usage but not to the level that Energy Rescue had anticipated Many factors can affect savings including the use of more energy from more occupants living in a residence Energy Rescue stands behind any and all warranties and guarantees

The dispute has not been resolved as yet They were to send me a check for $about 3-15-and we will then check the savings at the end of the year, if savings not 40% the balance of the $is to be refunded I have left messages on 3-20, 3-21, and 3-and have not had a return call Any help will be appreciated[redacted]

I, [redacted] spoke with Mr [redacted] and after a few minutes of discussion he agreed that he has a month guarantee and would wait the full term and he is already saving money in his first year even with the coldest winter on record He agreed that this shouldn't have been a complaint He never called the office and was only reaching out to a salesperson and [redacted] who no longer works for the company The first and only contact Javed had with Energy Rescue's office was through the Revdex.com Javed agreed that this complaint should be removed and was apologetic in his conversation as was I I gave him my personal cell phone and he has the office line and was instructed to call that from now on This was a simple misunderstanding and Energy Rescue and Javed [redacted] ask for this to be removed [redacted] *** was contacted with messages from both Energy Rescue and *** requesting this to be removed

This complainant filed a dispute with their credit card the same day as canceling their contract and she was informed that the credit card company would refund her money back to her within the allotted dispute process time We do not offer refunds and the dispute process will run its course She was contacted by Mr [redacted] and informed of this We are more confused about this complaint than any other in our history Once she filed the dispute there was nothing we could do to refund her money except expedite the process through her credit card company This is a ridiculous complaint This complaint should have been reviewed and removed immediately Again this customer canceled contract and disputed her credit card before giving us a chance to refund her money We are asking this complaint to be removed

On May 10, 2014, I filed a complaint (# [redacted] ) against Energy Rescue (ER) LLC, The specifics are listed in the complaint A few months after this system was installed in my home, I noticed I was not saving much on my utility bills I contacted [redacted] ***, ER Customer Service Manager Mr [redacted] requested I remain patient then re-evaluate the systems' performance after a full year On the morning of May 9, 2014, I contacted [redacted] , the sales representative who sold me the system, to let him know of my dissatisfaction Mr [redacted] informed me that Mr [redacted] was no longer with the firm and that he would pass my contact information to the owner, and that I would hear a response by that evening I heard nothing, which made me feel Mr [redacted] was ignoring me On the morning of May 10, 2014, I filed a complaint against ER LLC with the Ohio Revdex.com (Revdex.com) On May 12, 2014, I received a call from [redacted] , owner of ER LLC, who stated he was unaware of my situation and that Mr [redacted] failed to inform him of my dissatisfaction He was made aware specifically after reading the complaint from the Revdex.com He was very apologetic During our negotiations, Mr [redacted] and I reached the following agreement: ER LLC would send a technician to my home to re-evaluate the system, insure it is installed and functioning properly ER LLC will be responsible for all repairs / updates to the system without additional charge I agree to abide by the original 5-year performance guarantee, which would reimburse me my initial investment in the event I am not saving minimum 40% on my monthly utility costs years after installation Let me state I regret filing this complaint It was a simple miscommunication Had Mr [redacted] informed Mr [redacted] as he had stated, Mr [redacted] and I would have spoken prior to my filing this complaint Therefore, I am requesting the Revdex.com expunge (remove) this complaint from their website

I recently spoke to Mr [redacted] and I have sent out his refund of $I have also followed up to ensure that it was received, which it wasI also did some research on our end and I found that the last call we received from Mr [redacted] was on 12/29/I have the understanding that Mr [redacted] was talking with [redacted] who is a former employee of Energy RescueMr [redacted] never informed either myself or my business partner [redacted] of this matterMr [redacted] had a pattern of this behavior and because of it he is no longer with Energy RescueAs for our salesman Mr [redacted] , he stated to me that he had not received any messagesThis I am unsure ofI am sure that as soon as I became aware of the situation I reached out to Mr [redacted] and actually spoke to [redacted] who is a relativeI apologized for the issue and did my best to explain what had happenedI then had the check cut and mailed it personallyI have since talked to [redacted] and he has stated that the check was received

I, [redacted] , *** of Energy Rescue responded to [redacted] 's call within a couple hours on 11/26/ [redacted] had left a message that he had some moisture in his attic underneath our Reflective Insulation product that was installed last July He stated that when he pulled down the access to his attic and felt under the insulation that it was wet to the touch I informed [redacted] that I would be having my Corporate Controller call him to set up a time to have a technician out to remedy the concern I had believed [redacted] to be satisfied that we were sending a technician out ASAP and he was informed that there would be a resolution to where he was satisfied, so I was a bit surprised to see a complaint this Morning, Thanksgiving I wanted to take the time to personally address this situation Perforated Reflective Insulation with our permeability rating of: 72g/m 2/24hr; perms ASTM Eis scientifically proven not to create moisture or mold When our technician goes to [redacted] 's home they will more than likely find air leakage around his attic access that is allowing the warm air to directly flood into the attic floor and it more than likely caused the moisture issue Can lights, exhaust vents, and attic accesses when improperly sealed can create warm air to release directly into the attic and the perforation of the reflective insulation cannot keep up with the flood of warm air The real issue hear is an improperly sealed access or other areas leading into the attic As a certified Energy Auditor, I know this to be the case All Testing of our Products was done by [redacted] and it is proven not to create a vapor barrier and meets all building code Energy Rescue will work with [redacted] as was already planned before the complaint process was initiated

I spoke to Mr*** and scheduled to have a technician come to his home on Tuesday, February between 1-2pmWe will be doing a installation and product checkOnce the assessment is made we will work with Mr*** to find a resolution

I, *** *** with Energy Rescue spoke with Mr*** today 3/18/and came up with a resolution that satisfied both parties We were having some difficulties reaching one another as myself and my business partner *** *** were both out of town on business

I never received any refundI was told they had to go out of business. These are the last two correspondence I had from the owner. I don't think they ever intended to refund any moneyThey said 12/12/that my refund was approvedIt wasn't until the email below that they said they would be sendingBut, on 1/9/15, almost a month after my refundwas approved they said I would have to wait over month more to get it. Then, sometime in February or March, *** *** said they were going out of business.I read online that other people never got money back they were entitled to.This is the Date: Sun, Feb 15:25:-0500Subject: RefundFrom: ***@myenergyrescue.comTo: ***@msn.com

We will be sending your refund by February 15, 2015. I was out of the country with my family for the holidays

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me but I want to know when I will get the check in the Mail
Regards,
*** ***

The check has been sent and Mr*** stated that he has received it

I, *** *** with Energy Rescue left messages on both of *** ***'s lines today requesting dialogue We were unaware of an installer promising a refund and our office lines are still very much in operation so not sure how we did not connect We will await ***'s response and
come up with a desirable resolution to her concerns
-Energy Rescue

I, *** *** have spoken with this customer today and she agreed that she no longer wants to open this complaint against Energy Rescue and is retracting the complaint statement

Mr*** was contacted by this client and was told that they did not want to go through with the contract and the check had already been deposited as is policy rather than have checks lost Mr*** was informed by client that they were going to stop payment on the check and had assumed
that this was done There was no other contact made to Energy Rescue's office after the initial conversation Energy Rescue would like to know why this customer did not simply contact our office and let us know that they were missing $2,before contacting the office of the Revdex.com Energy Rescue would have verified that the stop-payment was not processed and gladly refunded the check Energy Rescue should have been given the opportunity to rectify this before it becoming a complaint The customer will be contacted today and taken care of Again the customer had stated to *** *** that they were going to cancel the check and I, *** *** was a witness to it I would make this an official statement in a court of law
