We had Energy Rescue install their product in our home almost a year ago. Over this time period our home DID NOT feel warmer/cooler, plus our energy bills did NOT decrease, but indeed increase. We are soooo sorry that we believed their promises and invested in this product. I would like to warn others to read these reviews before signing on the dotted line. I wish I would have. They are unable to reach because their phone lines are TEMPORARILY DISCONNECTED. This company is a scam.
I have spoken to Dr. [redacted] and we have reached a resolution on this matter. We had a sales person lower our guarantee for 5 years to 2 years without any authority to do so. This was the reason for the confusion on our end. Per my conversation with Dr. [redacted] we have come to terms on a adjusted refund...
and it has been sent to his home address.
As of February 9th 2015 GreenForce USA has been operated by the Manville Construction Company LLC. We accept that Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] were not refunded under the old company Remodall dba GreenForce USA LLC and in so assuming the name and its brand we have gladly sent a $500 refund to the...
[redacted] family. We do ask however that the new naming rights fall under the Manville Construction Company and that all trailing activity from Remodall LLC be assigned to Remodall and its owners. The complaint fell under the Remodall organization's operation of GreenForce USA back on February 1st when the issue arose. Thank you. GreenForce.
Energy Rescue reached out to Mr. [redacted] and left a message on the only number that we have on file for Mr. [redacted] on 2/12/2014 after realizing the issue through the Revdex.com. Mr. [redacted] had apparently been dealing with this customer and Mr. [redacted]....
We have never offered a 1 year full money back guarantee and it has always been 60 months due to the varying temperatures each year and the fluctuation of utility cost. We have reached out to Mr. [redacted] as stated as to come up with a resolution and get to the bottom of why he was told 12 months or believes that he was. Energy Rescue will provide a resolution and take care of the customer and help them achieve their Utility Savings as that is our main objective. Energy Rescue has dealt with the [redacted] issue and resolved that matter moving forward in order to take better care of the customer.
I, [redacted] spoke with Mr. [redacted] and after a few minutes of discussion he agreed that he has a 60 month guarantee and would wait the full term and he is already saving money in his first year even with the coldest winter on record. He agreed that this shouldn't have been a complaint....
He never called the office and was only reaching out to a salesperson and [redacted] who no longer works for the company. The first and only contact Javed had with Energy Rescue's office was through the Revdex.com. Javed agreed that this complaint should be removed and was apologetic in his conversation as was I. I gave him my personal cell phone and he has the office line and was instructed to call that from now on. This was a simple misunderstanding and Energy Rescue and Javed [redacted] ask for this to be removed. [redacted] was contacted with messages from both Energy Rescue and [redacted] requesting this to be removed.
Update for this Revdex.com complaint:
2/12/14 [redacted], one of the owners, called me because of my complaint to the Revdex.com. Said he couldn’t find the info I had sent to [redacted], a [redacted]. I mailed the info he requested on 2/13/14.
2/24/14 I called [redacted]. He said they had just received the info I mailed 2/13/14 that day and were reviewing it when I called. Would get back to me within the next day or two.
2/26/14 [redacted], another of the owners, called. He reiterated that they have a 5 year warranty, but given I had received 1 year warranty from their former [redacted], they wanted to work with me. He requested info for the 2nd year prior to installation which I emailed 2/26/14.
2/28/14 Called [redacted]. Left message asking about the status of my claim. No response.
3/4/14 Called [redacted] and left another message. No response.
3/6/14 Called [redacted], no answer and couldn’t leave a message. Called [redacted] and left a message saying [redacted] was not responding and asked if he would respond. Shortly after leaving the message with [redacted] someone named [redacted] called at 11:00 am to say [redacted] was in a meeting and would call me after lunch. No response.
3/11/14 Called [redacted], no answer and couldn’t leave a message. Called [redacted] and left message asking for a response to my claim from him or [redacted]. No response so far.
The Revdex.com website has shown the review of Energy Rescue LLC being updated for an extended length of time now. Two questions:
1. You share my communications to you with Energy Rescue. Is there any pertinent information about Energy Rescue and/or its owners that you can share with me?
2. Are there any next steps available through the Revdex.com?
The dispute has not been resolved as yet. They were to send me a check for $2000.00 about 3-15-2015 and we will then check the savings at the end of the year, if savings not 40% the balance of the $4500.00 is to be refunded. I have left messages on 3-20, 3-21, and 3-23 and have not had a return call.
Any help will be appreciated.[redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: At this point they are just words. Upon receiving the message from Energy Rescue on 2/12/14, I spoke with Mr. [redacted], one of the owners, on 2/12/14. He asked me to send documentation to support my claim which I mailed 2/13/14. He has yet to receive and review that documentation (probably won't receive until Monday, 2/17/14) and respond. Included in the documentation is a copy of the one year guarantee given to us by [redacted], a [redacted] who was [redacted] for Energy Rescue at that time. We had no reason to think the guarantee offered by [redacted] wasn't within company policy and therefore valid. In retrospect, [redacted], Director of ????? at Energy Rescue was probably playing a delaying game with us when we started our claim with him in February, 2013. Early on he stated verbally that Energy Rescue didn't normally give less than a three year warranty, but since a [redacted] had given us a one year warranty the company would have to stand behind it. Because of the delays two years of data are available and have been included in the documentation sent to Mr. [redacted]. Until Mr. [redacted] has reviewed the documentation sent to him and then given us a response, this issue should remain open.
We have never received a letter from Mr. [redacted]. There is also no attachment of the letter with the complaint. I would like to know the issue in question.
verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8000001907349px;">Thank you for your patience. I have enough bills for my electric KWH usage now to compare. As shown on the enclosed charts, there has been 0% savings, not the 40% on the 5-year-full
refund guarantee. Also enclosed is the letter I sent to Energy Rescue LLC/Green Force, 3/2/15. We were sent another invitation to a seminar at the same location as before. Maybe they thought they could get us twice.
I do not know what you can do on this matter, but I would just like out $4,224.00 returned and be done with these people. They have caused us enough grief.
I, [redacted] of Energy Rescue responded to [redacted]'s call within a couple hours on 11/26/2014. [redacted] had left a message that he had some moisture in his attic underneath our Reflective Insulation product that was installed last July. He stated that when he...
pulled down the access to his attic and felt under the insulation that it was wet to the touch. I informed [redacted] that I would be having my Corporate Controller call him to set up a time to have a technician out to remedy the concern. I had believed [redacted] to be satisfied that we were sending a technician out ASAP and he was informed that there would be a resolution to where he was satisfied, so I was a bit surprised to see a complaint this Morning, Thanksgiving. I wanted to take the time to personally address this situation. Perforated Reflective Insulation with our permeability rating of: 72g/m 2/24hr; 14 perms ASTM E96 is scientifically proven not to create moisture or mold. When our technician goes to [redacted]'s home they will more than likely find air leakage around his attic access that is allowing the warm air to directly flood into the attic floor and it more than likely caused the moisture issue. Can lights, exhaust vents, and attic accesses when improperly sealed can create warm air to release directly into the attic and the perforation of the reflective insulation cannot keep up with the flood of warm air. The real issue hear is an improperly sealed access or other areas leading into the attic. As a certified Energy Auditor, I know this to be the case. All Testing of our Products was done by [redacted] and it is proven not to create a vapor barrier and meets all building code. Energy Rescue will work with [redacted] as was already planned before the complaint process was initiated.
On May 10, 2014, I filed a complaint (#[redacted]) against Energy Rescue (ER) LLC, . The specifics are listed in the complaint.
A few months after this system was installed in my home, I noticed I was not saving much on my utility bills. I contacted [redacted], ER Customer Service Manager. Mr. [redacted] requested I remain patient then re-evaluate the systems' performance after a full year. On the morning of May 9, 2014, I contacted [redacted], the sales representative who sold me the system, to let him know of my dissatisfaction. Mr. [redacted] informed me that Mr. [redacted] was no longer with the firm and that he would pass my contact information to the owner, and that I would hear a response by that evening. I heard nothing, which made me feel Mr. [redacted] was ignoring me. On the morning of May 10, 2014, I filed a complaint against ER LLC with the Ohio Revdex.com (Revdex.com). On May 12, 2014, I received a call from [redacted], owner of ER LLC, who stated he was unaware of my situation and that Mr. [redacted] failed to inform him of my dissatisfaction. He was made aware specifically after reading the complaint from the Revdex.com. He was very apologetic. During our negotiations, Mr. [redacted] and I reached the following agreement:
1. 1. ER LLC would send a technician to my home to re-evaluate the system, insure it is installed and functioning properly. ER LLC will be responsible for all repairs / updates to the system without additional charge.
2. 2. I agree to abide by the original 5-year performance guarantee, which would reimburse me my initial investment in the event I am not saving minimum 40% on my monthly utility costs 5 years after installation.
Let me state I regret filing this complaint. It was a simple miscommunication. Had Mr. [redacted] informed Mr. [redacted] as he had stated, Mr. [redacted] and I would have spoken prior to my filing this complaint. Therefore, I am requesting the Revdex.com expunge (remove) this complaint from their website.
I recently spoke to Mr. [redacted] and I have sent out his refund of $900. I have also followed up to ensure that it was received, which it was. I also did some research on our end and I found that the last call we received from Mr. [redacted] was on 12/29/13. I have the understanding that Mr. [redacted] was...
talking with [redacted] who is a former employee of Energy Rescue. Mr. [redacted] never informed either myself or my business partner [redacted] of this matter. Mr. [redacted] had a pattern of this behavior and because of it he is no longer with Energy Rescue. As for our salesman Mr. [redacted], he stated to me that he had not received any messages. This I am unsure of. I am sure that as soon as I became aware of the situation I reached out to Mr. [redacted] and actually spoke to [redacted] who is a relative. I apologized for the issue and did my best to explain what had happened. I then had the check cut and mailed it personally. I have since talked to [redacted] and he has stated that the check was received.
After the technician visit of 2-24, I spoke with Mr...
[redacted] on 2-26 and we agreed as follows. He will refund $2000.00 about 3-15-15 with a signed written statement on Company Letterhead that if the utility bills (Gas and Electric) between January 2015 and December 2015 do not result in a savings of 40% versus average bills of corresponding period of 2011 and 2012 he will refund the remaining $2500.00 of my $4500.00 total payment. I do not want to withdraw my complaint until I have received the $2000.00 refund and the signed statement. I will contact you as soon as it is received. Please acknowledge. Thanks for your assistance. [redacted]
The company promised a check would be in the mail two weeks ago and nothing yet.
Thanks for your help

This complainant filed a dispute with their credit card the same day as canceling their contract and she was informed that the credit card company would refund her money back to her within the allotted dispute process time. We do not offer 2 refunds and the dispute process will run its course....
She was contacted by Mr. [redacted] and informed of this. We are more confused about this complaint than any other in our history. Once she filed the dispute there was nothing we could do to refund her money except expedite the process through her credit card company. This is a ridiculous complaint. This complaint should have been reviewed and removed immediately. Again this customer canceled contract and disputed her credit card before giving us a chance to refund her money. We are asking this complaint to be removed.
Energy Rescue did respond to Mr. [redacted] originally and sent a technician to his home to ensure that the installation was done properly and the tech stated that it was in order. Energy Rescue will be sending a partial refund to this client as he did save on his usage but not to the level that...
Energy Rescue had anticipated. Many factors can affect savings including the use of more energy from more occupants living in a residence. Energy Rescue stands behind any and all warranties and guarantees.
