Dear Sir / Madam, We sell over rebuilt engines in a yearCustomer did not inform the Vin # number of the vehicle upon purchaseAlso vehicles that have EGR are California emission enginesWhile filling the credit card form customer mentioned she had Federal emissions engine We shipped what we were supposed toWe offered her mechanic that we will send drill bit and tools so they don't have to hunt for them in order to assist them to drill the holeWe are also willing to pick up the engine to have the job doneOur manager called the customer day before yesterday but she did not call backBest Regards, M***

Customer's claim is not trueWe asked him to bring his engine so we could repair his engineOur engines are sold with exchange or repair policyWe are waiting for customer to agree to fixing the problemWe don't find anything wrong with the engine but we are willing to disassemble it again and build it again and work with him

Whenever we sell a Brand new engine we charge $core charge which serves as a collateral so customers can send their old engine backThis core charge is only refunded if the core / old engine is re-buildableThe core that customer sent was not re-buildable as the block was severely warped Customer agreed to these terms on the purchase invoice by signing the invoiceOur warranty terms on the invoice explicitly stated the care amount will only be refunded if the old engine is re-buildableSincerely, Mike ***

Dear Sir / Madam, The main reason why we sell Remanufactued engines for [redacted] is because these engines have an inherent problem with cylinder head bolts that stripThis is mentioned in the first paragraph of the email we sent to themThe reason why these engines fail is because head bolts on these engines are thinWe do reverse-engineering by making each hole big and put bigger and thicker head boltsLength doesn't matter, what matters is the thicknessHead gasket leaks if radiator hoses bust, radiator is not good, heater core is not flushed and if according to our warranty water pump, theromostat, front / rear main seals are not installed brand newSo this determination on customer's side is not trueEngine was built from scratch with all brand new componentsWe use used engine cores to machine, hone and resurface the block, resurface the head then add new components like pistons, piston rings, main / rod bearings to build the engineWe are members of [redacted] and been in business years selling engines each yearIf you have proof of purchase from auto parts store for radiator hoses, new water pump, oil pump, thermostat we can look into it furtherWe may need to have you ship the engine to us so we can inspect itIf you replaced these parts brand new and have receipts for it, we can gladly fix it and send it to youWe will do whatever is in our warranty to address your problemThanks, Engine World Inc

How can we help when you damage the engine by doing what the manufacturer and us don't allow you to do. For example if you buy a brand new car and instead of gasoline you put diesel in it and ruin the engine how can the dealer help you ? You broke the engine in pieces by grinding valves etc. Our warranty does not allow customers doing work on our engine without our authorization. It''s like asking us to cover for damage to the engine because of your own beliefs. That is why there is a warranty to guide the purchase and the customer must follow it. ENGINE IS A MECHANICAL ITEM AND COMES WITH AN INSTRUCTION MANUAL SO IF YOU USE THE ENGINE DIFFERENTLY OR DO WHAT YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO IT WILL OBVIOUSLY BLOW UP LIKE YOURS DID ? You were not supposed to take it to the machine shop and let them do the work without our authorization because machine shop is not the manufacturer nor vendor who sold the engine to you. WE can offer another brand new engine for a cheaper price to give you consideration but blowing an engine because of shaving and grinding the head at a machine shop is a recipe for disaster. Hope you understand that. Since this is a mechanical item there are limitations. If it was a pair of jeans we would replace it but you are yourself responsible for failure of this engine because you took it elsewhere to get it fixed and instead ruined the engine because you did what you believe was right. BOTTOMLINE YOU CAN'T MACHINE [redacted] CYLINDER HEAD !

Customer purchased a *** *** from usHe wanted the cylinder head replaced but we asked him to send old cylinder head back to usAs a result he sent the cylinder head incomplete without cam capsThe whole process took long because we did not receive cam capsWe are unable to reuse the
cylinder head of a *** *** if cam caps are missingAs far as freight goes we all know this is a universal rule that all customers agree to the warranty before purchase and they are free to not accept and decide not to buy from us at all but all consequential freight charges are customer's responsibility according to our warranty.All the parts have finally been sent to himWe would like to reiterate that they sent our cylinder head incomplete and they kept denying for a week that they sent a complete cylinder head which took longerWe all know that all items can be replaced but the ones we ship to customers must be returned first.Please contact us if there are any further questions. Almost immediately the check engine light came on indicating cylinder misfiring of and 2, this has nothing to do with installationWhen I contacted Engine World about it, they ignored me. The customer bought a used engine and broken valve cover doesn't interfere with performance of the engineHis engine is not working well because he did not do tune up before engine installationEvery customer is required to install new timing belt, water pump, Oil pump, front & rear main seals, thermostat, radiator hoses etc which he did not do
Therefore his warranty is voided

First of all, we received the motor dam**ed, which we send pictured to the product providerThe man**er insisted that it was okay and that it we would need to install itHe did mention about the new parts we needed, we did get the new parts and we got the receipt for itLike we mentioned the motor was dam**ed and it did not workWe kept in touch with the man**er and he kept insisting that the motor was fineOnce **ain I have pictures of how we (my mechanic and I) received the motorI am gladly sending them to youNow, at this point I don't want to deal with this provider anymore because he has tried to blame me for thisWhat I would like to happen, is that I get a refund for the product I have and I will send them back their product

after having problems with the motor leaking before it was even ran Mr *** blamed us for the problem with the leakage and after our initial call mysteriously our calls then went to an automated message center and would never get a return call no matter how many messages we sentso we felt on our own to resolve the issue to get this truck back on the roadso I took the head off the "remanufactured " motor and had it pressure tested to find four pinholes in itno response or direction from Mr *** so I took the head off our old motor and had the valves ground and checked for straightness which in no way affects the clearance or timing as Mr *** suggeststhis cost us about $without my mechanics labor but felt that to get my truck back on the road making money it was necessaryAll was well until miles when a connecting rod went through the blockno blueing on the rod journals and plenty of oil which would indicated faulty parts.so I have spent $plus for a junk head and a junk block after miles plus alot of associated costs and headaches and lost revenue and I expect some help with resolve instead of finger pointing lying and blame this is not correct for me or anyone else wanting to buy a motor it is just not right

We shipped a fully rebuilt engine to the customer. According to our warranty in case of a problem we need to have the engine shipped to us for inspection. All internal components inside the engine are brand new. Engine is a mechanical component and performance depends on how it is installed. Nothing...

can be said until it is inspected. Customer doesn't want to cooperate and doesn't want to send the engine for inspection. This was agreed on our warranty policy at the time of purchase.

I ORDER A REMAN CYLINDER HEAD DUE TO YOUR INABILITY TO SUPPLY WITH THE CORRECT PARTS TO COMPLETE THE SO CALLED NEW ENGINE YOU SENT ME. WHEN I GET THE FINALL BILL PREPARED YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM THE ATTORNEY. I ALREADY HAVE EVERY LEG TO STAND ON, YOU HAVE NONE. YOU MAY RECORD EVERY PHONE CALL WHICH IS IN MY FAVOR,  IALSO HAVE EVERY E-MAIL. THIS IS NOT DONE TILL THE JUDGE SAYS SO!
