Our Area Manager, Kyle W [redacted] , left a voicemail for MsS [redacted] on July We do not allow customer parking on any of our lotsMsS [redacted] parked her personal car at Waffle House across the street from our office during her rental We believe she may have parked her car in this same parking lot when she rented eight months ago To our knowledge she did not mention to our employees that she parked there nor did our employees suggest she park in that parking lotOur Branch Manager explained to her that we wouldn’t reimburse her for the tow fee We offer a pickup service and if the customer wants to park across the street it’s at their discretion MsS [redacted] may contact Kyle at [redacted] to discuss this matter further

My phone broke on Monday November Due to this I have not been able to receive the calls or voicemails from the company nor have I been able to call themI emailed *** about this issue this morning so he was aware why I had not been in contact with himI just got a new phone and I called around pm this afternoon I was told *** was out of the office at a conferenceSince I could not reach him, I sent *** another email telling him I would try to reach him next week when he was back in townI have done my best to respond to and reach out to the company despite the issue with my phoneNow that I have the number of the area manager I will try to reach that manager

have closed the file and will not be pursuing the customer for the lossThe
customer did contact our Damage Recovery Team to identify the dispute and
after looked into the way in which this dispute was handled we are happy to
waive the charge as it is not representative of how we believe
we handle
customer damage disputesWe appreciate them reaching out to us, we do
have a solid dispute resolution process and apologize that on this occasion we
did not get the response to them in a timely mannerFor these reasons we are
happy to waive the cost of the claim

I spoke with *** today and agreed to refund the toll fee of I will also be sending her a coupon for 25% off of a future rental to make up for the poor experience getting the situation sorted outShe has my contact information if there is anything else she needs in the future

We sincerely apologize that MsS***’s vehicle was towedUnfortunately, we would not have known that her vehicle would have been towed even though she mentioned where she parked to our rental agent at the time of picking up the rental vehicle. We do not have an agreement with that parking lot owner nor do our employees know the policies of the parking lots surrounding our location. Because we do not allow customers to park in our rental location parking lots, we offer a free pick up and drop off service

[redacted] let the customer know we would no longer pursue her for the deductible
but she would not be able to rent from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the future
unless she wants to pay for the deductible.  As to...
