Our Area Manager, Kyle W[redacted], left a voicemail for Ms. S[redacted] on July 27.  We do not allow customer parking on any of our lots. Ms. S[redacted] parked her personal car at Waffle House across the street from our office during her rental.  We believe she may have parked her car in this...

same parking lot when she rented eight months ago.  To our knowledge she did not mention to our employees that she parked there nor did our employees suggest she park in that parking lot. Our Branch Manager explained to her that we wouldn’t reimburse her for the tow fee.  We offer a pickup service and if the customer wants to park across the street it’s at their discretion.  Ms. S[redacted] may contact Kyle at [redacted] to discuss this matter further.

I spoke to the customer this morning.  She stated that she didn’t know everything she was paying for and had to keep car longer so she was surprised at the total cost.  She was just looking for some help on the cost of the rental.  I refunded the difference back  from her size of car to a small car ($4/day) total of $116.  Complaint has been resolved. Thanks,[redacted]

[redacted]Our Branch Manager, Matt P[redacted], has left a voicemail with Mr. D[redacted] explaining we have closed this file and will no longer be perusing him for damages.  We confirmed with our Damage Recovery department this morning that the file has been closed on their end.  If Mr. D[redacted]...

Our Risk Manager, [redacted], spoke
with Mrs. [redacted] June 29.  We are
waiving the damage claim and will update our system to show she no longer owes
a balance of $930.  As to our knowledge
Mrs. [redacted] is completely satisfied with this outcome.

Our Vice President, [redacted], spoke with Mr. [redacted] on April 7, 2017 and she agreed to waive half of the outstanding balance for the damages. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] agreed he would pay us $33/per month for 12 months for a total amount of $396.00.
