We at Enterprise Relocation re-emphasize that Mrs [redacted] never had a reservation or a contract service or was moved by usShe can refer back to her contract and clarify who moved her Also, we are requesting that she provides a copy of her contract and payment proof deposited into our account Enterprise Relocation Service INC

Mr [redacted] 's delivery turnaround is within business days from the earliest date he is available to receive his shipment in Killeen, Texas His shipment was in transit to be delivered within this timeframe; however a carrier's truck break down in Dallas Texas resulted in a business day delay in delivery Mr [redacted] 's desired resolution was for his shipment to be delivered Shipment was delivered and we apologize to Mr [redacted] for the delay

Part of Mr [redacted] 's contract's terms and condition excludes us the carrier from being liable for any delays that occur from any act of God or mechanical breakdown If we exclude the timeframe which was over a week that the carrier truck was broken while in route for Mr [redacted] 's delivery; we are acknowledging a business day delay and we have apologized for that As for Mr [redacted] 's new complaint in reference to a claim for damages, our claims department insurance adjuster denied his claim for lack of proper documented paperwork trail Our record shows that almost no furniture was moved in his small shipmentAt this time Enterprise Relocation is willing to send Mr [redacted] $as a gesture of goodwill

In reference to Mr***'s damage claim - we are re-offering the same previous settlement of $Please send a consent to our offer and we will mail a check for said amount In reference to Mr***'s complaint about late delivery, we understand his frustrationThis resulted in the fact of his misunderstanding of our delivery turnaround to upstate New York

Mrs. [redacted] does not exist in our reservation system as a customer that we accommodated. Mrs. [redacted] was referred by Enterprise Relocation to our carrier and was moved by them. It is our understanding from our records that the carrier have provided her with a new estimate prior to providing... her with service. Since Mrs. [redacted] shipment was more than doubled in size, we understand why she complained about lack of man power and space on the truck. Since a binding agreement was reached between Mrs. [redacted] and the carrier prior to rendering service, we do not see her complaint as being valid. Enterprise Relocation simply referred her to another carrier and was not involved whatsoever with her move.

I cannot agree to take $See below the email chain that I exchanged with the Movers manager [redacted] on some of the items that got damaged and some that got lost for which I did not get any further response Only there was talks about my washing machine which in below email attached So what about my other damaged and lost items compensation, I do have photos as well Also for the past months(June 2013- Marc 2014) I have been renting washer through my rental apartmentI incur $ per month for this If I add up those months, I had already paid $till now on using the washer I can agree to $compensation at this which includes my lost washer, other damaged and lost items and overall because of late delivery I had to buy basic things at home like comforters, utensils etcto ensure my family is taken care If I calaculate all these it will go more than $but I am willing for a settlement of $

Enterprise Relocation has no record for Ms [redacted] as being one of our customerIt is possible that we served as an interlining carrier for her shipment but we do not have a contract under her name in our data base RECEIVED BUSINESS' ADDITIONAL RESPONSE : Ms [redacted] claims she was moved by Enterprise Relocation and she has a paperwork trail as well as a credit card charge slipPlease provide contract with Enterprise Relocation information on it as well as a credit card receipt showing Enterprise Relocation Services bank of American merchant credit card services chargeThank you and I look forward to hearing from you

In reference to Ms. [redacted] 's continuing claim that she has been moved by Enterprise Relocation; we are requesting that she provides contracts to support such claim. If proof cannot be provided we ask that Ms. [redacted] 's complaint be moved from our name

On">July 3rd, Mr*** received a move estimate by phone from Enterprise Relocation. He provided us with a detailed list of his inventory to be moved of 103. Our reservation system assessed a total weight of lbs. A price quote for lbswas given via email in the amount of $2,950.00. On the day of Mr*** move a truck and a crew arrived at his house. The Foreman on the job, called our dispatch department and advised us that the customer grossly underestimated the list of items that he needed to moveInstead of a 3-hour loading time, the foreman assessed Mr*** loading time to escalate to 7-hours. The Forman then created a new visual estimate for Mr*** prior to loading. The revised estimate was for 11,lbsat a new price of $5,110.00. Mr*** signature was obtained for the new estimate. In total items were picked up by our crew. We have inventory documentation as proof. Mr*** shipment was weighed and was determined to be 11,lbsWeight tickets are on file empty - full - 26560. A day prior to delivery Mr*** requested a reweigh of his shipment. For the reweight of Mr*** shipment he was given a choice to meet the truck at a weight scale of his choice. Next to his new address in LAMr*** made an appointment with us, however he never showed up. Our truck and team waited for him for more than hours. After repeated calls from us, he answered his phone and said he is giving up his right for a reweigh. Mr*** actual bill based on weight was $4,and he paid in full. All rules and regulations were followed in Mr*** move. We went out of our way to accommodate his much larger shipment size and did not get one word apology or thank you from him for his gross misrepresentation for the size of his shipment. We are sorry to learn that Mr*** was unhappy with our service

We are responding to all of Mr*** claimsAs for his claim that his shipment was held hostage on the truck at his delivery locationThe law provide moving companies with a protection of collecting all monies due prior to offloading anyone's shipment. Also, Mr***s has signed a contract and relating paperwork that all monies will be paid in full for all services in full prior to offloading his shipment(documentation is available)In reference to his claim of missing items; we have gone through all his items list of inventory and found that items number and are listed as ladders have been delivered and signed forHis claim for a missing chainsaw is not an item on his inventory list. Mr*** paperwork show that no notes were made at time of delivery for any broken itemsNo claim can be submitted if no documented notes are made at delivery time
Enterprise Relocation is under a long term lease agreement for our trucks with Enterprise Truck Leasing as well as Ryder Truck Leasing. This is our choice of who we do business with and has nothing to do with the move of Mr***
Enterprise Relocation has elected not to answer Mr***s for over a year and a half because we found all of his claims unjustifiable and has no basis

We initiated our move with Preferred Relocation, however made our payments to Enterprise Relocation & the order was picked up by Enterprise RelocationEnterprise/ Preferred picked up our goods on March 29, in one truckThe shipment was divided between trucks without our knowledge & shipment with one truck was delivered on April 26, 2013, while the other truck delivered the goods to a storage facility in FloridaIn spite of our payment in full of $as of 4/26/13, Enterprise Relocation has not fulfilled its obligations to deliver our goods
Since that date, we have continually requested delivery of the remaining items & were told they will be delivered, including notification by email on June 4' that the items were in transitThis notification was sent by *** from Preferred Relocation via email & her email has her signature from Preferred RelocationHowever, since then Enterprise Relocation has not delivered our goods
In my last conversation with Josh Abramovich @ Enterprise Relocation on 1/6/14, the goods are lost & there is no claim form that he can send to complete the claim process since at the time Enterprise did our move, their license had been revoked & was unauthorized to complete the moveEnterprise did not provide us with a Bill of Lading as well
Besides the total worth of items as $1850, we paid for the whole move, but Enterprise did not deliver all of the goods, so Enterprise should have pro-rated the cost based on the amount of goods actually delivered. Because that did not happen, Enterprise owes us the amount they overcharged us by
Since, they claim that they did not move us, they need to refund our money that we paid to themwe paid them $for the move

Almost years later you respond? What about holding my stuff hostage on the truck until I paid the last $in cash? What about my missing items? Chainsaw, ladder, and others that I have forgottenWhat about all of the broken items that your guys packed? Where is my returned calls for damage claims? It is against the law to withhold household goods from being unloadedI checkedYour customer service is appalling, your trucks are rented from "enterprise truck rental" you are using there name and logo to do businessI have notified them to watch out for complaints to them about you

It took over a month for my shipment to be delivered to meThe company needs to check their recordsI was informed by the sales person before signing the contact that my shipment will be delivered in two or three weeksTo say my shipment was delayed just business days is NOT true at all
My wife and I have tried on countless times to tuthe required claim paper work however, we kept getting the run around from the office personnel and manager of what is the company's policy on claim processWe were told to call so many different people and numbers for the cliam process but know one seems to know what we were talking aboutSome times they would tell us they will call us back but never do...That is the reason why I wrote to Revdex.com
In addition, for the company to say "the records shows that I had little amount of furniture in this shipment" what do that suppose to mean? Yes, I had little amount of furniture in the shipment but that furniture that I had in the shipment I had to throw away because of water damage and mildewWhat about the other personal items that I had to throw away because of water damage and the bad odor of mildew? I lost a lot of personal items (family memories) that we can never get back
For Enterprise Relocation Company to offer me a gesture of only $is a INSULT after paying them over $to ship my items to receive them damaged and mildew

RECEIVE BUSINESS RESPONSE : In reference to Mr, ***'s
complaint about the delivery of his items to his final destinationMr***'s
turnaround of delivery with his signature on file is within business days
delivery from the earliest date he is available to receive his itemsHis
shipment was delivered in a timely manner
In reference to his missing washing
machine; we acknowledge the human errorThere was no way to retrieve the
washing machine as it was delivered to a different customer, and said customer
was not cooperating with usMr*** was verbally offered a compensation of $
which was an amount double his basic liability of cents per pound per
articleMr*** reject our compensation offer
In reference to Mr***'s complaint
for additional charges "beyond his binding quote": Enterprise
Relocation does not provide binding quotesCustomer's are charge for the basic
estimate and any other additional services that are provided; required for the
transportation of his shipment

That response from Enterprise Relocation Services, Incis a all out LIE!!! They delivered shipment weeks after agreed upon date after several callsWhen the shipment finally arrived, all the items where soak and wetThe truck had a whole in the roof and water filled the back of the truckI put in a claim for the damaged shipment but I still have not received reimbursement for my lossesI have over years of military experience and have moved countless times during my career however, this is the WORST company I have ever had move my propertySomeone need to close the doors on this business and refund me all my money backI would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!!

Ms. [redacted] in her complained acknowledged that she was a booked customer and had a reservation with Preferred Relocation.  Enterprise Relocation has no record whatsoever of moving Ms. [redacted] under any Enterprise Relocation contract.
We at Enterprise Relocation  re-emphasize that Mrs. [redacted] never had a reservation or a contract service or was moved by us. She can refer back to her contract and clarify who moved her.  Also, we are requesting that she provides a copy of  her contract and payment proof deposited into our account Enterprise Relocation Service INC.

Mr. [redacted]'s delivery turnaround is within 10 business days from the earliest date he is available to receive his shipment in Killeen, Texas.  His shipment was in transit to be delivered within this timeframe; however a carrier's truck break down in Dallas Texas resulted in a 2 business day delay in delivery.  Mr. [redacted]'s desired resolution was for his shipment to be delivered.  Shipment was delivered and we apologize to Mr. [redacted] for the delay.

I cannot agree to take $225. See below the email chain that
I exchanged with the Movers manager [redacted] on some of the items that got damaged
and some that got lost for which I did not get any further response.
Only there was talks about my washing
machine which in below email attached.
So what about my other damaged and
lost items compensation, I do have photos as well.
            Also for the past 21 months(June 2013-
Marc 2014) I have been renting washer through my rental apartment. I incur $20
per month for this.
If I add up those months, I had
already paid $420 till now on using the washer.
I can agree to $700 compensation at
this which includes my lost washer, other damaged and lost items and overall
because of late delivery I had to buy basic things at home like comforters,
utensils etc. to ensure my family is taken care.
            If
I calaculate all these it will go more than $1000 but I am willing for a
settlement of $700.

I should certainly exist as your customer along with my husband [redacted]. The shipment we had to be moved was not doubled in size from what we had listed to move. We may have had one box more then what was stated, but that was all. They were still unable to fit everything that we had listed in the truck they brought with one guy to load it. Please explain to me how one person is supposed to properly move a king size mattress, living room suit, kitchen furniture, etc. It is not possible. The gentleman told us at the day of pick up the guy who was supposed to help him called off sick so now that was our fault??? Not to mention still being called a liar, the list of items we had not fitting on the truck, doubled the price after all was said and done as we had to pay to get our property, and not delivering on time. It was infact done by enterprise relocation services as that is the paperwork I have, and never ok'ed anyone else to touch our items.

Of course you don't have missing items on your list. That would be admitting fault. I have given my review, the law protects the consumer as well and this very thing has happened to many people with other companies and the law stepped in. There are other avenues of collection than holding household items hostage on the truck. We are done. I will not continue to waste my time dialoging with you anymore.
