Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken to my insuranceAs I explained to Brian, I am unsure for what amount they will be sending, my insurance will probably p leave a for meThey are still processing itThey did not give me an amount that they are sending the check for, only the eligible amount that is being processedSo it is unclear whether enterise would be waiving the detectable after my payment from the insurance has been madeMy insurance states they have billed for uncoverable charges like depreciation, so they took out those kind of charges from the invoice and are processing the claim under that amount and then we will know how much is betting paid by them and then we'll see how much of a bill enterprise sends Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Our Area Manager has called this customer each of the last days and left a message each time We have not received a call back to resolve the concern

Thank you - I have spoken with Ms [redacted] and she was able to confirm with her insurance company that they will be issuing payment to Enterprise for the amount of damages to the Enterprise vehicle This matter will be resolved once payment is received.Please let me know if there are any other questions or concerns - Brian

We have spoken with Mr [redacted] regarding his rejection notice and have confirmed with him that the entire matter is now resolved He has indicated he will confirm the resolution with you shortly.Please let us know if we can further assist

My apologies for not being clear. The $was charged by credit card and
I have submitted a request to reverse that charge. It will likely take 3-business days to process as our claim department in another state must process but it will get done nonetheless this week at which point the credit will show up in Mr***'s account. I apologize once again for the delay but this is now being handled

I enlisted the help of our Risk Manager to review this and he has since spoken with the customer and agrees that the customer should not be responsible for this claim. Enterprise is closing the claim and will not be pursuing the customer for damage. Both Enterprise and the customer agree
this is an amicable solution and consider the matter closed

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Our Area Manger Ryan B*** spoke with this customer and both agreed that the fair amount to resolve this matter is for a check to be mailed to the customer for $42.03. The check is now being processed and this matter is

We left a message for the customer informing him we will not pursue for the claim and we will take care of the claim internally

Thank you. We have spoken with Mr*** *** after reviewing his concerns and have agreed to close the damage claim for customer service. This matter is now resolved. Please let us know if there are any other questions or concerns

We have reviewed the issue and agree that the customer is correct in this case. We have spoken and agreed to not pursue him for this claim. The claim has since been deleted and all subsequent dollars related to this claim will be assumed by Enterprise

I have had a chance to review this claim from the customer and agree that this was no fault of the customer. Enterprise will be taking on all financial responsibility in this matter and the file will be closed

this happens from time to time with weekend drops when no employees are present to check in the vehicleUsually customers call in to confirm or dispute charges if they are incorrectI spoke to Mr*** and we will be refunding the $Thank you
