We researched the claim and have dropped the claim to pursue the customer for the damage. In addition, we have processed a refund for the deposit. We left a message for the customer informing of this decision along with a phone # to call us back with any additional questions

Ms. [redacted] indicated Enterprise would be receiving payment in the amount of $2,296.02.  To date, we have not received any payment yet.  We will inform her once payment is received.Thank you

I have left multiple messagses for Ms. [redacted] to discuss the situation and to this point have not received a response.

We have reviewed the customers concern and agree based on the account that the $138 in question should not be charged.  The credit card will be refunded today and will take 2-3 business days to show up in his account.

I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken to my insurance. As I explained to Brian, I am unsure for what amount they will be sending, my insurance will probably p leave a 500 for me. They are still processing it. They did not give me an amount that they are sending the check for, only the eligible amount that is being processed. So it is unclear whether enterise would be waiving the detectable after my payment from the insurance has been made. My insurance states they have billed for uncoverable charges like depreciation, so they took out those kind of charges from the invoice and are processing the claim under that amount and then we will know how much is betting paid by them and then we'll see how much of a bill enterprise sends.

I am rejecting this response because:My credit card was still charged more then the original agreed-upon amount.  The "claim" should NOT have been submitted in the first place and I will require a refund of the ENTIRE amount.  I am requesting a FULL-REFUND because of the horrendous customer service received at the hands of the manager at the South Jordan Branch (John).  Pursuing this matter has required a great deal of time and energy on my part...dealing with the bank, dealing with the credit card, dealing with John, etc and I am now requesting a refund of the entire amount spentPS: I have a video of the "damage" that John accused us of causing...I am happy to upload the video for your viewing pleasure if you would like.  I have also included an attachment of the original price for the rental so that you can see that my card was charged more then it was supposed to have been.

Customer is correct in that there was a billing error.  The credit card has been refunded in the amount of $3845.98.

Our Area Manager has called this customer each of the last 2 days and left a message each time.  We have not received a call back to resolve the concern.

Thank you - I have spoken with Ms. [redacted] and she was able to confirm with her insurance company that they will be issuing payment to Enterprise for the amount of damages to the Enterprise vehicle.  This matter will be resolved once payment is received.Please let me know if there are...

me. Brett from Enterprise Rent-A-Car has confirmed that the collection agency will not be pursuing the damage claim, and I have forwarded this evidence to that agency as well.

It appears this might have been sent in error.  The issue is regarding a pizza place however this was sent to Enterprise Rent-A-Car.  If this is about Enterprise, please provide a specific location this is referring to and I will get it handled.

We have spoken with Mr. [redacted] regarding his rejection notice and have confirmed with him that the entire matter is now resolved.  He has indicated he will confirm the resolution with you shortly.Please let us know if we can further assist
