consumer service of the Enterprise Holdings Inchas stated to me the same thing they have stated sicne I first complained - that they would work with their partners in Chile to resolve this matterWell, nothing has been done to date, even after I provided all that they asked for - statements showing I was charged twice - including that their partner's acknowldgement to me that there was indeed an error on their part when I spoke with the Alamo rep at the Chilean International Airport on Oct This is now a month later and still no contact from them.
I therefore reject their response in order to ensure that you, Revdex.com, remain in the loop of this rather ridiculously simple matter.

We are still trying to reach Mr. [redacted] - Notes from our Area Manager Jay A[redacted] are below:
I have been unable to connect with him as well. I left a message on his phone and I also spoke to his mother and gave her my phone number and email address and asked that she have him call me. I also told her...

to have him send me proof that he paid the citation already and any other communication that he has had regarding this so that I could help him. I have not heard back at this point. It sounds like he has an odd work schedule according to his mother. I will update once I hear back.

this response because: I received an email from the merchant this past Monday and I tried to get a hold of them immediately; I was only able to get through to a voice mail system. I left a message but no response yet. However, I am actually escalating my claim, if that is at all possible! I just found out this past Monday that the merchant went ahead and filed a claim with my insurance company, after they found out about my Revdex.com complaint. I had spoken to my insurance company, [redacted], prior to my Revdex.com complaint and they are the ones that recommended that I dispute the validity of the damage. The merchant went behind my back and somehow initiated a claim on my insurance, without my knowledge, before this issue was settled; then sent me a letter about it. The letter was received this past Monday as well.  I feel this action by the merchant was sneaky, deceptive, and shady. It seems to show exactly what I am dealing with.Sincerely,[redacted]

Does not address the issue. Twice I was offered a lower payoff than the current amount due. Now, they are not willing to offer same. If they could take a lower amount earlier, they should be able to do so now. Think that they are being really evasive, not forthcoming and certainly less than honorable. Hello,
Our office is working with the bank to ensure the deposit was refunded to the customer's card. If for some reason the bank is unable to confirm, we will refund the customer via check for the disputed amount.
Can you please gather the customer's mailing address for a USD check in case the bank is unable to confirm the amount was refunded?

The situation was unfortunate as the vehicle Ms. [redacted] was interested in purchasing was unique and we are not able to duplicate the product for her. If possible we would have provided her with a duplicate vehicle to consider for purchase - the vehicle was sold to another customer in...

between the time Ms. [redacted] test drove it and made the final decision to purchase it. The location where she was shopping made an attempt to retrieve the vehicle for her only to discover that another customer had already purchased it. Ms. [redacted] has requested her personal information be sent to her and we are complying with her request.
