Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Right at the time I decided I was going to think about purchasing, Hanna stepped out of the room and brought John in to talk to meJohn began to pressure me and ask me why I needed time to thinkHe then asked who I had credit with my prior vehicle, I told himBut I strictly, and repeatedly told him "please do not run my credit until I have decided"My first letter was from [redacted] ***I called them to dispute it, and they told me to write a letter to dispute itWeeks later I started to receive other creditors that they submitted applications to without my approvalThey need to call all the banks and reverse this immediatelyAnd that is final! PS: I am still working on Credit scores for the before and after, to show how low my score declined due to their actions [redacted] was the only bank that did not accept a letter from me, stating that Enterprise needed to reach out to themCresent and Investors wrote back stating the same in a letter after I did reach out to them

We have vehicles impounded frequently for multiple reasons ( illegally parked, parked in a reserved space, fire lane, DUI/DWI traffic stop, etc)All of the above reasons result in the customer being responsible for the costsA letter from the apartment complex manager/landlord was requested to verify the reason they had the vehicle impounded.The Burien Enterprise Rent-A-Car location received a notarized letter dated March 31, confirming reason behind the impound as expired tabs (Expired Feb-17, was impounded on 3/1/17).We will reimburse Mr [redacted] for the cost of the impound $as well as $for the inconvenience.thank you,

Our local Area Manager contacted the renter directly via telephone There has been a claim initiated with AMEX and the information provided to our claims department The complaint has been addressed directly with the renter Thank you

I spoke with Mr [redacted] today and his frustration is that they only wanted to rent the car for a dayHe felt that being closed on the weekend was more convenient for the company and not he as the individual consumerHe said that when he rents tools for the weekend he is charged only day for days’ worth of rentingI explained the rationale behind our hours, demand, low cost pricing of carsIn the end I agreed to refund him the day costs but not because of the reasons that he stated about the company, rather for customer service

I spoke with [redacted] in regards to her complaintHer frustrations came from the communication and the lack of options that were provided to her husband to remedy the protection cost I walked her through our documentation and made an agreement to compensate her for all of the coverage cost past 11/ We chose this date because this date was the initial date that her husband made contact with the store and was provided options with how to remove the insurance products At that point he would have not accrued any more cost had he come in and remove it She agreed to pay for days and was happy with the refund of the remaining balance

From: [redacted] Sent: Tuesday, January 24, 12:PM Subject: Case # [redacted] Please inform Andrew and [redacted] that I DO NOT wish to be contacted by them Andrew and I had an agreement over the phone and then approximately a week later he switched up on me and tried to intimidate me with [redacted] there They are very sleazy in their business practices and that is why I filed with the Revdex.com and the Attorney General They had their chance and they blew it!

I spoke with Ms [redacted] and walked through the entire rental process She was unaware of the charges for the coverage that Brittney had sold to her She also said that she didn't get a response on the formal letter that she sent to the south hill location voicing her frustrations She has always used enterprise and felt deceived by this experience I agreed to refund her the $to address the charges and let her know that I would use her experience to follow up with all parties involved She was happy with the resolution

We are sorry to hear that Ms*** had what she felt was a less than great experience with our company, however, Enterprise is not at fault for the mentioned issue with her creditFirst, Ms*** sent us an un-solicited credit application thru our website which requires the customer to agree to
allow us to run their credit for it to go thruWe did not submit her information to any banks at that time since we were unsure as to what vehicle she was going to want to buyMs*** then physically visited our lot as she mentioned and worked with one of our Sales ConsultantsAt that time, Ms*** picked out vehicles that she was interested in and wanted to know what the payments were going to beSince Enterprise is not a bank, in order to find out an interest rate and term on the vehicles she was interested in, we submitted her information to our preferred lendersOnce we got an approval from one of the banks, we then reviewed the terms with Ms*** at which time she told us she was not ready to make a decision and leftWe are surprised to hear that this situation resulted in such a large change to her credit score since usually a credit inquiry only affects a score by a small amount and does not affect the score based on how many banks a loan inquiry is submitted toShe should probably make sure nothing else changed on her credit profile such as a larger balance on a credit card as an auto inquiry would not change a score by points by itself.Thank you Dan P*** - Sales Manager for Enterprise Car Sales

So Andy is the Regional Manager and was not privy to all the goings on with my Rental. For renting a vehicle for months and paying for all that time I'm not understanding how I was always behind. As for the Accident - I was rear ended and I noticed after looking at the damage pictures that the license tab on the vehicle were expired. No one informed me of that. And if they had proof that the accident was my fault they'd be coming after me for the $3,+. There is no proof because it was not my fault. He also neglected to mention that I had to take THEIR VEHICLE in for oil changes (which is not my responsibility) on more then occasions. I was always in communication with *** (the Lake City Way) manager and brought in payment every week. I don't understand how they can treat a long term customer so poorly. There are Invoices where the dates overlap with resulted in douible charging me and they have those invoices and both Andy and *** acknowledged that and said they would credit my account and they never did. I DO NOT owe $204.+
