Warning... Terrible customer service: I can't recall the last time I've been told by a call center agent that there is no manager or escalation process to resolve an outstanding issue. Also, the guy that answers the phone apparently reports directly to the owner, who I'm told is unconcerned with issues like this. Why do companies employ people that have no concern for their customers?

Please allow me to preface, I am the marketing director for a luxury hotel, one that orders thousands of envelopes from your company. Back in November we placed a "reorder" for 450 envelopes, to fit custom stationary that we provide to each of our guests, which unfortunately arrived and were left unopened, as we still had inventory from our last order. We realized earlier this month that the envelopes recevied were the wrong size (too small to fit our stationary) and therefore completely useless to us. We ordered from a link that has the correct dimension, but because the confirmation had what was shipped and given the time lapse we've been told, "sorry, nothing we can do." Keep in mind, we're simply trying to exchange this merchandise for the correct size, not return it. Its not as though the product has been discontinued - its still available. The envolopes, all 450 of them are in the original boxes that they shipped in, yet its not returnable?

Its such a shame to ruin a business relationship - we have 96 hotels and resorts within our portfolio and would have definitely spent more money in the coming months and years, yet one bad seed will prevent us from doing business here again, or recommending the services to others.
