Your service tech, Bob, should be commended. After 3 call backs he came out and did a very through job. He had a lot of clean up from previous work that was ineffective. He saw what needed to be done and took care of it. He basically saved the account.

I signed up for a *** 2 years ago for a one time pest service from Envi Pest Control. After the service they proceeded to start an annual account with me even though that's not what I wanted, I only wanted a one time visit. When I found this out I contacted them and had them cancel my service. They still continue to send out a tech every 3 months to try and service our house. Each time I tell them politely no and that I don't want their service. The technician says we are just checking since we are in the area and we have serviced your house before.
Today I received a bill from Envi Pest service for $175. This is for a one time visit($75) and late fees($100). This is the first bill I have seen from them. I immediately called them and left a message. I was so upset about this charge that I went to the office to dispute the charge. The secretary said they had a signature on the invoice, the signature is not mine, the secretary claims it belongs to my wife. My wife knows that we don't want this service and says she never signed anything on May 30th, 2019. My wife calls me when people show up to our door asking to do stuff to our house. I found out when I was there that they have two accounts in my name at the business. This is why I think they continue to send people out after I already cancelled my service and told them I wasn't interested in doing business with them. I don't understand why any company would have two accounts for the same person and address. The billing service with this company is subpar at best. There are multiple reviews online displaying the same type of activity from this business. They continue to send people to your house to try to charge for a service you don't want or they don't actually provide. I feel that they forged my wife's signature. She has no recollection whatsoever of signing anything.
I am sorry you are upset at the situation and that you felt the need to file a complaint about it. The weird thing is you didn’t feel it necessary to state all the facts. I’m sure you didn’t know but I walked in the office when you were there and my office manager had showed you all of the facts. Yes you signed up for a *** and we asked if it was alright that we check in with you every so often and see if you would like service in the future which was accepted and for the most part you respectfully decline each time except for this last service in which someone in your household requested service from us and signed for the service after service was completed. You even agreed that it was signed for, even though it wasn’t you, but another person in your household had signed for it. We are not in the business of denying service to anyone who asks or accepts service and not once did you or anyone in you household request to no longer be contacted about services until today. Again sorry for the inconvenience of the situation, all times we respectfully accepts comments, suggestions, and complaints as a way of leading. So thank you for this opportunity to learn and explain all details.
