We have been using Envi Pest Control for a couple of years now and have always had excellent service. Recently we have been working with Jared and requesting him to come out as our technician. He is very knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. We would recommend this companies services to anyone!

We have been with envi for almost 2 years. Recently a infestation of mice hit my home and Jared along with other technicians took care of the problem promptly and have continued to keep my bugs at bay.

Ian came by today and did a highly professional job taking at all times our wishes into consideration. No high pressure sales, just friendly, prompt service. We have pets, so environmentally safe pest control is very important to us. This is our 3rd service treatment with this company and they have consistently done a wonderful job while keeping us informed and our pets safe. Highly reccommended!

I recently found EVNI pest control through a *** and before purchasing I spoke to an employee on the phone. My issues did not fall in to the category of the *** but he said he would honor the price. I take care of disabled adults in my home and we live in the country. Recently we have been over run by mice, and the employee took the time to explain why this sudden increase (mating cycles, over crowding etc) and addressed my concerns for the local wild life.
We often have eagles, hawks, owls and hundreds of other birds hunting and I wanted to make sure what ever I did would not harm them. I was really impressed with the care they take not only for their customers, but the world we live in.
The day of service one of the business owners, Tom, came to our house. He went above and beyond to ensure that all of my pest needs are addressed and for a price that we can actually afford. They are honestly the answer to all of our issues, lack of time to do it all ourselves, using methods that won't harm any of the wild life or our own pets, and a price that makes it attainable.

Jared came and sprayed my home on 9/22/2017 and was a one of a kind person. Super friendly, even played with my little boy for a couple minutes. Great customer service is hard to come across and is one of the reasons I continue to use Envi Pest & Lawn. And guess what!? No more bugs :)

One of Envis' technician Jared came by today to service my home. He has come a couple of times before and he is always super friendly and very willing to help. He seems to enjoy his job and that is refreshing to see. I don't leave reviews very often but not only has Jared stood out to me as far as customer service but Envi has as well. I've been with them for a couple of years and all technicians are great! They also are more than willing to come back for a free re-treatment if there are any concerns. I am very happy with Envi and Jared. Thank you!

Jared is always polite, well informed, and anxious to do a good job:) He always inquires about how I and my family ate doing, and any problems with pasta that we may have had since the last treatment. I truly enjoy him as a technician.

I was very shocked when I was informed there was $200 cancellation fee when I called to cancel the service. It was not mentioned when the salesman met with me. The company manger pointed out the cancellation fee was part of the written contract when I called to cancel. Just a heads up for new customers to be aware.

I am very sorry you were unaware, but like many other contracts that we all enter in there are cancellation fees for both sides benefits. One is that we offer free unlimited reservices at no charge between regular quarterly visits. This enables the customer to have the peace of mind to get a hassle free service to update product efficacy. However, with many of our customers we try to save expenses with routing our customer services efficiently. We then extend those savings to our customers when possible to offer a comprehensive service at an economical price. To guard us from losing too much on said discounts with the inclusion of free reservices customers enter a 1-year minimum service agreement so we likewise don't get taken advantage of with offering a discount and lose unnecessarily thereby enabling full treatment eradication (hence the cancellation fee). In the midst of services as we understand our technicians are human and sometimes make mistakes we are happy and willing to fix any and all situations that arise (hence our free reservices). All of our customers sign in agreeance to such terms in multiple locations to ensure the customer knows that this is an agreement. There would be no need for an agreement with signatures if there were no cancellation fee tied to it to protect the customer and business in this relationship process of treatment. We apologize for any misconceptions people may see or have but are willing to clarify and rectify anything we can do within the terms of our agreement. Please call us so we can help you with anything regarding service, billing, inpsections, etc.
