Called Mackenzie Plumbing and Heating once again for a small residential job They were quick to book my appointment and right on time, when they arrived Dennis did a great job in replacing my outside faucet, with no hassles for me The quote was bang on the price All went well

Dennis was great, he was very thorough, told me each step he was takingHe had a great attitude and was nice to the children and animals that wanted to follow him aroundHe was informative,and told me all my options including maintaince,and protection plans
He did everything to resolve the problem efficiently and made me feel he cared more about me than making a buck for the company

Justin was sent out by MacKenzie Plumbing and Heating to do our yearly maintenance on the furnace and air conditioning unitSince our new furnace was installed last year we've had trouble with the air conditioner and leaking water This was the third time someone looked at it However, I feel very confident Justin was able to identify some of the further issues and fix the problems Throughout the process Justin explained what he was doing and ensured any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction He was very personable and I wouldn't hesitate to have him back again

I have been extremely satisfied as a customer of MacKenzie Plumbing and would highly recommend them. The customer service is top notch from the receptionist who takes your call to the service provider who attends to your home. Since moving to Regina, we have had MacKenzie in our home on a number of occasions. We have recently had Dennis providing service to our furnace, air exchanger and air conditioner. In each instance, he has been very professional in explaining the work and doing the job in a timely manner. He has gone above a beyond to be sure we are informed and satisfied with the work provided. One feels it is important to MacKenzie that their customers are satisfied and fully understand the work they provide.

We had Dennis do our yearly maintenance for the a/c and furnace. He came back the next day to top up our refrigerant in our system. Everything works well and we felt very well informed by Dennis. He was very personable and happily answered all of our questions. Everything he did was explained beforehand, and he gave us some good advice moving forward for care and maintenance. I would definitely have him back in the future, and my request him specifically next time ;)

Dennis, the service technician from Mackenzie Plumbing and Heating was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. He completed his work quickly and everything is functioning properly.
