My experience with this business is entirely negative. They did not attend my residence when an appointment was made to service my furnace. I contacted the supervisor (Tyson) and was given no explanation as to why his staff failed to attend and he made no effort to rectify the situation. The home I purchased had their sticker on the HRV. I needed a warranty part for the unit which they told me they ordered. For 3 weeks they repeated dodged my attempts to ascertain the status of the order and it took me going there in person to find out that they had not ordered the part because they said it was not covered under warranty. With this frustration I contacted the HRV manufacturer myself and ended up getting the part mailed to me under warranty in 3 days. Overall I have to say that the employees at this business have little regard for customer service or are just plain incompetent.

I always receive great service from MacKenzie Plumbing & Heating and I want to give a shout out to Dennis. He is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He answered any questions that I had and gave excellent explanations and very helpful advice. He also arrived on time which is very much appreciated.

We just had finished an extensive project involving the roughing in a brand new bathroom in a basement. The project took much longer than initially anticipated due to the number of complications and delays, but turned out really well. We were very happy to have Alex H. as our "designated" plumber from the Reliance Mackenzie. Alex demonstrated not only high level of professionalism, but also showed exceptional trade skills and outstanding craftsmanship. He equally cared about his work's results and about his customers' satisfaction. This is in addition to his excellent interpersonal skills. We also have to stress that the Reliance Mackenzie had a positive approach to resolving project-relevant issues. Communication with their office was timely and agreeable. Overall, we have been pleased with the conclusion of the project and its final outcomes.

Alex made a very good impression coming to our home.He worked very hard and quiet and effective. Afterwards he explained all about the service of Reliance Mackenzie Plumbing and Heating. When my husband came home and did some inspection he was pleasantly surprised with the professional installation and leaving everything neat and clean.He phone the company and thanked them too.Thank you,Alex for the good work.

Keegan arrived at the time of the appointment. He listened to me explain the issue, looked at a couple of different things, then clearly explained my options. He also indicated the exact price that I could expect, as outlined by MacKenzie Plumbing and Heating's price chart. Once I had decided on the option that I agreed with, Keegan went to work, seeming to work quickly but carefully. He also cleaned up any mess that he made in the process, and was quite elaborate in making sure that the floor and cupboard area were as clean (or cleaner) than before. After he was finished, he explained the work that he had done, and indicated any next steps that I could take, if needed. His work appears to have solved the issue with our plumbing, and I am very happy with the manner in which it was conducted.

I would like to say thanks you so much to keegan ( mackenzie plumbing and heating).. I am happy and satisfied on my new water heater....

Stephanie is one of the most efficient receptionist s I have ever met. Our water heater broke on the Friday morning and she went the extra mile to make sure we will have some one coming to our home on the Saturday.
