Steve, Mark, and Terrence were excellent in fixing my A/C My compressor and compacitor were both taken out by a power surge First Terrence came out an quickly diagnosing the problem and making sure the order for the new part was put in quickly, in my case Monday by noon Then ESA was able to schedule Steve and Mark to come out that Wed 2pm to install it First Mark showed up early to get a head start on it because it's July and we are having record heat waves Also, because we were supposed to have Thunderstorms later in the afternoon Then Steve came on time with the parts and they carefully got everything installed, including the capacitor which they didn't plan on but adapted to it include it because it was needed The stayed to make sure everything was running smooth I have been with ESA since and highly recommend them Their prices are competitive ( not the cheapest ) But they always come quickly, on time, and get the job down correctly

Dan showed up on time was courteous, during the maintenance checkup on my furnace he noticed a leak at my water heater He pointed out the problem and repaired the leak I would recommend ESA and Dan to family members and friends

ESA is a fine example of a Top tier HVAC service and product contractor We have have three original systems replaced after they became too unreliable or expensive to repair The equipment ESA sold us and has maintained over the last years has been a dreamWork well, minimal Maintiance and efficient, curt ions and well skilled technicians Travis who can out today was my first service with him; however, he carried the ESA professionalism standard perfectly I highly recommend this company

On this incredibly hot and humid summer day, Steve from Environmental Systems Associates(EMS), easily assessed and repaired my faulty AC unit without complaint When asked about the next steps I need to take regarding my twenty-year-old HVAC unit, he was courteous, professional, and quite knowledgable I strongly recommend EMS to anyone that lives in Howard County

Travis provides excellent customer service. He has a pleasant personality and is thorough in his work. He respects the customer's home by also wearing protective shoe coverings. He is always on time or let's us know of any delays. He is a true asset to his company. Keep him around - give him a raise.

Called on a Saturday evening during a record breaking heat wave about an air conditioner breakdown. Agent set up an appointment next day between 10 and noon. Repairman arrived at 11 at my home. Estimated parts needed. Set up an appointment next day, Monday, between noon and 2. Technician, Steve P. arrived at 1pm. Upon further inspection and testing with one of the two parts, he found that only a capacitor was needed and not also a fan. Finished in less than 40 minutes. Received a bill considerably below the estimate. All through the process each staff member was very informative. FYI. I have them check/service my furnace and AC twice a year and replace the air filter. Receive a 10% discount on labor and parts.

Environmental Systems Associates have been taking care of me for about 4 years now. Travis is another in a line of competent, friendly, and professional service technicians that I have interacted with over the years.
Travis was very specific in his checking every wire and connection, and was great at explaining what is and what should be.
He was also kind enough to give some insight on some work I may want to get done, and was very professional to say, yes we can do this, contact the company to setup a sales call and appointment.
I will continue to use ESA for all my HVAC needs.
