We have been very pleased with the service received from Environmental Systems Associates. We recently had service performed by Ivan [redacted] and we were extremely pleased. Some additional work needed to be done and Ivan completely explained why the service was recommended and exactly what he would be doing to complete the job. He was very professional and did an excellent job.

I heard a noise around my outdoor heat pump. Ivan checked out my system thoroughly to ensure it was working properly. He determined that the noise was from another source, other than the heat pump. He turned out to be completely correct. I also asked him about occasional banging I hear by my ducts at night. He patiently explained the possible causes. He said I should consider a home humidifier in the future, as he also correctly noted the low humidity in my house during the winter. It was a good experience.

I requested a preseason heating system checkup. The technician Ivan came promptly and checked our system, cleaned the electrostatic filters, and replaced the humidifier filter (which I had purchased separately because it's a model they don't carry). Unlike other companies I was not sold anything I did not need. I recommend ESA.

Tim F. did an excellent job in troubleshooting and realigning the door to my AC unit, was helpful and kind, and was very professional. I highly recommend his services and expertise.

I can't say enough about this company. The culture of friendly customer service runs across everyone we have dealt with over the past 10 years. Our AC died just before Labor Day weekend and we managed to get a full estimate on replacing our AC and furnace by Saturday morning. Frank stayed in touch with us during the holiday weekend to answer all our questions and they replaced the AC and furnace on Thursday. It was a big job but the crew went out of their way to try and keep the house clean by putting down material to protect our floors and carpet and just did top-shelf work. This was on a very hot day - it hit 93 in our house - and they did an outstanding installation job, taking the time to explain everything and not cutting any corners.

They even took some scrap lumber to the dump for us that we that we needed to get rid of - who else would have done that?. Many of their employees are long-term workers and we continue to use them because they are honest and we trust them.

I recently replaced my HVAC system and the crew, Ivan, Rick, Kevin, Mark and Carlos did an awesome job. They were neat and thoroughly explained how the new system works.

Ivan was great to work with. He was friendly, and worked hard and accurately to get the job done. I was impressed that Environmental Systems Associates completed the job installing the A/C unit in the attic despite the record breaking heat. I would definitely recommend and will use ESA for any future Heat/AC repairs.
