*** I want to extend my deepest apologies the unfortunate chain of events that you describedThat is NOT the standard we have set nor is something that has happened beforeBefore responding to your complaint I researched your account to see what resolution if any was reached regarding
the paint and teapots and from what I saw, you and *** had reached an agreement and that agreement was executedIn regards to your tax credit, it is stated in your contract that it is your sole responsibility to prepare and file the tax returnsThis is not something the company is able to guarantee you’ll receive as it’s something you’re responsible for applying forI just want to make sure this was addressed so that nothing is delayed if you were under the belief that we would be filing the paperwork on your behalfI’m certain that this has all be resolved by now but please let me know if there is anything I can assist with *** *** Thank you! We have made every effort to correct the situation at hand with *** *** (system check, savings analysis and refi) but he has not been willing to agree to any of these stepsWe conducted a system check to investigate the breaker switch which was confirmed defective and we are in the
process of scheduling our contractor to come out to his home to fix the problemWe also spoke with *** *** about a savings analysis that would allow us to calculate his energy savings by comparing utility bills from before and after system installHe refused to send the utility bills, which meant we could not perform a savings analysisWe want nothing more than to resolve the situationPlease let us know what is needed to close the complaint

Per *** ***'s request, we have switched to communicating via emailAfter getting a more in-depth explanation of the issue from her and researching her claims, we have offered her a refund for the amount of the loan minus the cost and installation of the two attic fansThis is in line with *** ***'s initial request to settle the matter, and we feel confident she'll consider this a full resolution

Revdex.com: I look forward to getting this issue resolved and I apologize for the remark about settling the complaint I took the two choices to check off in order to reply wrong Today it was discovered that there is a malfunctioning part and a replacement was being ordered Since to final inspection was done this was not found Hopefully this will resolve the final installation After that I only ask to have a person contact me about the production numbers that I am seeing I am seeing a production level at about 20% of what I was thinking that I was purchasing If this can be explained then I think we will be in a better place Thank you for your responses

To whom it may concern at the Revdex.com: This complaint is fakeThough *** *** *** was at one point a customer of ours, we have strong reason to believe that this review was written by the saleswoman mentioned within the complaintShe was an employee of ours middle of 2017, and left our
company to work for a competitorSince then, she has been doing everything she can to damage our brand and reputation on social media, beginning first with our *** reviews pageWe worked with *** to identify all of her fake reviews and have them removed, and we had our attorneys send her a cease and desist letter, since her actions were considered harassmentAfter that, she moved to our *** page to try to spam us with fake reviews thereThey are in the process of being removed as wellNow she is on our Revdex.com. Regarding the customer, yes we did pull an advance to fund her project when she was our customer, but when the ex-employee convinced the customer to cancel, we refunded the advance and we have no unfinished business with the customerThe salesperson who originally sold our products to *** *** feels confident that there were no hard feelings between her and the company, so we know it's the competitor posing as the customer trying to damage our reputation.We feel that not only should this fake complaint be marked as resolved, but it should be removed from our Revdex.com page, considering it will affect our rating even though it was not written by an actual customer.
