On January [redacted], 2014 [redacted] and his wife visited Epic Auto Sales for a vehicle.  On that day [redacted] found two vehicles for his wife and himself. They both selected 2 vehicles which were a 2012 Dodge Journey and a 2006 BMW 750Li.   [redacted] was...

attempting to trade 2 of his vehicles in for the 2 vehicles owned by Epic Auto. [redacted] trade ins were a 1998 Lincoln Town car a 1994 Chevrolet Caprice. The 98 Lincoln could not be used as a trade since [redacted] had a title loan on it and the lien was significantly larger than what the vehicle was worth. The 1998 Lincoln could not be used towards the 2012 Journey which resulted in them keeping the Lincoln. The 2012 Dodge Journey required a $2500 down payment for them to take delivery of the vehicle. An agreement was made and both parties have singed off on the contract on the vehicle in question with the exception of the 98 Lincoln.  The 2006 BMW 750Li included a trade value of $500.00 for the 94 Caprice plus an additional $1000.00 down payment was needed. This deal on the 2006 BMW 750Li was returned/concelled by both parties and is null and void.  [redacted] has possesion of both trade ins, the 98 Lincoln and the 94 Caprice. The only money [redacted] has paid is the $2500 down payment which is listed on the contract which is the amount required by the lender.  All monies collected were applied to the 2012 Journey. Inspections and any items owed have been honored to [redacted] by Epic Auto Sales.  All details in regards to his loan is listed in the Retail Purchase Contract.  Any questions regarding this matter can be direct to Epic Auto Sales Management.

On 10/**/2013 [redacted] purchased a 2005 Ford F-150 Vin:[redacted] with 102640 miles. The vehicle was serviced and test driven by the customer prior to taking delivery of the vehicle. On...

10/*/13 [redacted] came into service the vehicle with a low tire pressure issue. Items were corrected and the vehicle was released back to the customer. On 10/**/13 [redacted] took the vehicle for safety and emission inspection which the vehicle was clear of any service issues. During this period, we had not heard from [redacted] until 1/**/14 when he told us that the vehicle had issues and was no longer drivable. [redacted] was advised to bring the vehicle in. The vehicle was towed in by [redacted] tow company. Upon arrival the vehicle appeared abused and in rough conditions as if the vehicle had been driven other than normal driving conditions. Epic Auto Service department inspected and diagnosed the vehicle from 1/**/14 to 1/**/14. During the inspection and diagnosing process, the technicians found the vehicle had been damaged due to negligence. The vehicle had approximately 2 quarts of oil and had been operated for an undetermined amount of time damaging vital internal parts to the engine. During the evaluation the motor was deemed not repairable due to major components being damaged due  to lack of oil and motor being operated under high stress. [redacted] had been provided a loner during our diagnosis of his vehicle. Once the diagnosis was complete, [redacted] was given an option to have it repaired at a discounted rate which he declined or an option of switching to another vehicle. Once both offers were declined, we asked [redacted] to return the loaner. Loaner was return on 1/**/14 via tow with 2 damage wheels, several dents and abused interior. At this time [redacted] has not made a clear decision but to abandon the vehicle. The only communication that has been from the opposite party which is [redacted] who is not on the loan nor the owner of the vehicle. Options are still available for [redacted] as before. All attempts to come to an agreement have been declined by [redacted]. If [redacted] would like to re- addressed this issue he may contact Epic Auto Sales management for assistance. Any discussion regarding [redacted] vehicle will not be discussed with [redacted] as she is not the owner of the vehicle

Mr. [redacted], in Bankruptcy Loans the customer is responsible to contact their trustee to request an approval to incur debt.  Once the request is approved from the Trustee they will send the forms to the finance department that states the terms of the loan.  Keep in mind that the amount and monthly payments are approved by your Trustee when the loan is within the guidelines set by the trustee.  This loan was in the guidelines set by the trustee.  The length of the process is all depending on the customers ability to provide the required documents request by the lender.  On the issue of the copies of the contract Epic Auto Sales has no problem providing you with additional copies for your records with warranty information. We have all the text message/email screen shots of conversation in regards to the letter from the trustee and a request to change a payment due to Epic Auto Sales.  Everything was communicated by both parties and everything was clear. On Feb 25, 2014 [redacted] came to the dealership to purchase a 2008 Cadillac Cts vin#[redacted] with approximately 77k. Mr. [redacted] and our sales representative went for a test drive approximate 30 to 45 minutes long to check the vehicle out. After the...

test drive, Mr. [redacted] proceeded with the purchase. After 2 ½ hours of negotiating, Mr. [redacted] received a $1436.56 dollars discount off the advertised price for the vehicle. The discount was to compensate for some wear and tear on the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] also asked that we replace his front brake pads and we agreed to do so at a later time set by appointment. That day Mr. [redacted] took delivery of the vehicle. The next day Mr. [redacted] called and said the vehicle would not start and the check engine light came on. Mr. [redacted] brought the vehicle in and we observed that the battery went bad and Epic Auto Sales replaced the battery with a new one on the spot, free of no charge to Mr [redacted]. The dead battery was also the reason for the check engine light to come on. Looking at the documentations and the whole contract, Mr. [redacted] never once mentioned any other items, defects or promised work that Epic Auto needed to perform. Mr. [redacted] did ask for tires but we clearly advised him that after his discount, we had no more room to negotiate and he understood. Any copies pertaining to the purchase agreement can be provided to Mr. [redacted] where it shows very clear that there was no additional work promised to him. Epic auto sales has not sent me any paper work stating the
mileage(Fraud) has been corrected! My issue with Epic auto sales was consumer
(fraud) with my paper work and nothing has been to fix my paper work. I would
like to pay the car off and sell it one day. Due to the paper work the dealership
gave me  is not correct it will look like (fraud) on my end.  The
only information they have told me was that First Guard was informed they
mileage was incorrect for the warranty they fixed it in the system for First
Guard warranty.  I want Epic auto to send me over paper stating they sold
me the car with the wrong (Fraud) mileage and I also want them to send the
correct paper work to the Texas Department of motor vehicles. This is not for
me to call them to correct due to Epic auto sales so called clerical error.
 As a consumer Epic Auto sales has not fixed my title paper work. This has
been very stressful for me trying to get my car fixed and the issue with
(fraud) mileage at this point I want an refund and they can have the car back.
It’s not running due to the coverage of the warranty they sold me does not
cover anything! Again fraud I bought the car in late July 2013 I should not
have problems like this. This issue about mileage has not been corrected!
