Vendor charged excessively for shipping, did not let me know that of my parts was backordered Took longer than advertised to get the part When I got hold of the vendor regarding my issues they insisted that I was not honest about how much shipping should cost (I sent them a picture of the FedEx site showing $shipping charge from me to them) instead of the $they charged me Vendor refused to take any action to remedy the situation and only refunded me for the part they didn't ship me

Hi my name is Christian. I ordered the Tamiya Lancia 037. The following day I received an e-mail saying it was back-ordered until the middle of the following month. They gave me the option of holding the order until the kit was in stock or a refund. I chose the refund. Two days later their web-site says the money was refunded but it certainly was NOT. Now, a week later I’m still waiting to receive my money. I called twice and the first time they said it takes 3-4 business days. The second time I was told it takes 2-3days. So, why a week later am I still waiting to get my refund? I can’t wait to see what excuse they come up with on Monday April 30, 2018 when I call them back. These people are crooks and I can’t understand why some organization hasn’t shut them down by now. I just wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my 182.46 dollars. I actually wish I could go to California and kick some a**. A lesson learned tho.

Review: me and my fiancé placed an order months ago. never heard from them. when we were able to get ahold of them. they said the item was backordered and it would be 10-12 wks more. even though it was upsetting we said fine. we rather our item we ordered then the money back. well that was like feb early march and it now july 17. Back Order #[redacted] is the order number. all we want is our item we purchased and we would like it now. its a piece of lionel track for our train set. other places they wanted like 150-and up for it. this place was cheaper. like 100-140 in that range. so that why we went with them. again all we would like is our order we paid for and a apology. they say on there site to email and they get back to you in 24 hrs. they don' [redacted] a total lie.Desired Settlement: we want our order and a apology and for them to change there ways when ppl contact them for something to get back to the customer.

the site all emails are responded to within 24hrs they havent responded. The fbi have been informed as well to investigate wrong doings since reporting this to Revdex.com is useless anyway.Desired Settlement: Revdex.com becomes more useful and reports businesses to authorities before more people become victims of a fraudulent business. Review: I have bought around 80$ worth of parts from this store for my child.At the beginning I was told there were on back order and was going to be shipped as soon as they have it. I did not mind to wait for couple weeks. After 5 weeks I checked the web an the product that I wanted was available. I have complained asking for my product to be shipped. They emailed me back telling me that my order was going to be ship at the end of that week. Review: I have ordered over eighty (80) dollars of merchandise from this company over a month ago and it has yet to even process. I have emailed customer service about this issue twice and have yet to hear anything from them. I have also discovered that this company is under a different name than the website. Their website is a clothing company but their company name is an automotive business. I am very livid and dissatisfied with this business.Desired Settlement: I want either a full, immediate refund or the immediate delivery of my items.

Review: I ordered a part from them on January 2, 2013 and have yet to receive the part. When I placed the order, I did get a quick response advising the part is on back order for a few weeks. They asked if I wanted to wait or cancel. I replied that I would wait and they charged my paypal $33.12. After a few weeks, I asked for status and they promptly responded back that item was still on back order. I sent another e-mail 2 weeks later and they promptly responded that item was still on back order. Two weeks later, I sent another e-mail and no response. I kept sending e-mails once a week and still no response. After 5 or 7 e-mails later, I got an invoice from manufacturer part I ordered asking for payment of $43.09. I attached that invoice back to PowerSports asking if this was related to my order. We have no related information regarding the manufacturers invoice that they received, they should contact the issuer of the invoice if they have questions about that as I'm sure it would have contact information on it. We have not sent them any additional payment requests for the part that they originally ordered. The payment they did make was refunded.

I received my refund. They stated they do not have any information on the invoice from the manufacturer but I forwarded the invoice 3 times to them asking why they are asking me payment when I already paid him. I never got a reply back on any of my 3 e-mails which is why I filed this complaint. I paid him thru Paypal and it seems all responses from him ended after the 45 day refund period thru PayPal.

Review: On 12/17/14, I placed an online order with Active Powersports for a remote-controlled car for my son for Christmas. The car cost $229.59 and the shipping cost $17.92, for a total of $247.21. The product did not arrive in time for Christmas, and I bought a replacement item for my son. The item arrived after Christmas, and I did not open the box, but I went on to the company's website to get the info I needed to return the item. There is a return and exchange tab on the website, and when I went to the tab, it only gave me options of exchanging or returning for store credit. I have been attempting to communicate with Active Powersports since 12/30/14 to arrange for this return. I told them I wanted to return the item for a refund, and I referred to the statement on their website that says items not opened can be returned for a refund. I have emailed them repeatedly and explained that I do not want to send this item back to them until I have their confirmation that I will get a refund for this return, and they have not responded to any of my emails. I'm frustrated, and I request your assistance helping me to navigate this matter. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like to mail the item back to them, and I want them to credit my credit card in the original form of payment.

Review: I placed an order on [redacted].com, a site linked to Escondido Powersports and I have yet to receive either of my products. My debit card has already been charged for the items, yet I have not received anything. I placed my order on August 31, 2013 and have since written emails to the customer service department, yet I have also received no response. I have been charged almost $50 to receive absolutely nothing.Desired Settlement: I either wish to have my products delivered or a full refund. I would also like to receive some type of compensations for the frustration in attempting to deal with this company to no avail, before turning to the Revdex.com.

Review: I placed an order for two products on June 24th. Both products were listed as "available for order" at that time. I received an email the same day stating that the products weren't available but were instead back-ordered, asking if I wanted to keep the order or cancel. I replied the same day asking for a time-frame for product availability and received no response. Since then, I have emailed multiple times (including emails August 7th, August 29th, September 24th, September 26th and again today) asking for either a refund or the products, without any response from Active Powersports. The products, incidentally, are both still listed as "available for order" on the website.Desired Settlement: At this point, I think a refund more likely than Active Powersports coming up with the products they offered for sale six months ago. I would expect a full refund, but if they are able to immediately ship the complete order, with tracking information, that would be an acceptable outcome.

Review: On September 17, 2013 I ordered two items from this company. I ordered a FUTABA - [redacted] Brushless Heli Rudder Mini Servo for $92.39 and a Sullivan - S613 6mm Helicopter Starter Extension for $72.49. With shipping the total came to $176.31. I paid for this order using paypal and received several emails confirming my order. On September 18th I received an email stating the servo was no longer available. I requested that they refund my money for the servo and ship the other item that I ordered. I received a refund on September 24th for $93.61. On October 13th I still had not received the starter extension and sent an email requesting a refund of $82.70 and received no reply. I sent another email on October 21st requesting a refund and have not gotten a reply. This company appears to be stealing peoples money and not delivery any products in return.Desired Settlement: I have not received the items I ordered and paid for. I want a refund of my money.

Review: We purchased a Lucky Brand scooter back in May. It was shipped and arrived. My son rode the scooter for 3 days and the clamp broke. We were told to contact Lucky directly. They sent a replacement clamp. It too was defective. We reached out to Escondido Powersports and they finally (after a month) agreed to refund. We sent the scooter back and filed a dispute through paypal. They received the scooter back but did not refund. Just yesterday I received an email stating that they would not refund as the scooter looked damaged. Well, it was not damaged it was defective. They waited until my paypal dispute timed out to respond, full well knowing they would NOT have to refund after that point. That is such a scam. I have contacted paypal and they are trying to reach out to them with no luck. They just want to scam you out of your money. My 12 year son saved his money and worked hard for this 279.00 scooter and they won't refund his money. Now they have the scooter and we have no money???Desired Settlement: Send me back the scooter or refund

They claim to have not charged me due to mismatch addresses but my credit card statement shows a withdrawl of $91.50 I have calculated all the withdrawls and in fact the $91.50 DID get withdrawn.

Again this order was never charged. We suggest the customer contacts her card company, we can not return money we never recieved. If the customer believes she was charged she may start a credit card dispute and will find that she was never charged.
