Review: I ordered a windshield for my sidexside. It arrived in perfect condition but there was NO hardware that was guaranteed to arrive with it. I called May 10 they said they would post office mail hardware that day. It has never arrived. On May 25 I called they said they would resend by UPS to be here by May 28. Called again on May 30. They cannot find info on UPS tracking or package shipped. They will ship today with guarantee of Monday June 3.Product should have been in original package, but do not like being lied to. Not sure they mailed hardware May 10 first time and they cannot even find if they shipped second time May 25. Bad Business and horrible customer service. Beside you get answering machine for at least an hour before they ever answer phone. Spend all day trying to get any info. Will find another company to order other supplies from. Will be one month and still cannot attach windshield.Desired Settlement: I would like to know that they admit lying about shipping. That they know they have extremely poor customer service. A partial refund for a month of no windshield for our new sidexside, the stress, and all the time trying to get them to answer the phone.

I am the representative who has been dealing with the customer. We apologize for all the stress this has caused the customer. The customer did receive a windshield without hardware and that was our mistake. Sometimes items come from the manufacturer missing parts and it is our Job to make sure everything is in there, for this we sincerely apologize. However we did our best to rectify the situation. We did ship out a replacement set of hardware via USPS on May 10th like the customer said, however it did not have a tracking number so we could never prove it arrived at the destination. We do not show anything in our records about a second set of hardware shipping out on the 25th. We apologize to the customer for any miscommunication on this front. I spoke with the customer again on Thursday May 30th and apologized they never received the first set of hardware we shipped. I personally expedited new hardware out to the customer and guaranteed it by Monday June 3, also providing the customer with a tracking number.

Nobody was ever lied to, an accusation that could easily have gone either way, but the situation was unfortunate. We take accusations of the sort very seriously since we pride ourselves on being as helpful as possible to our customers. If the customer has any problems he can deal directly with me from now on. My name is [redacted] and I can be reached at ###-###-####. We will provided complete cooperation throughout this process.

We did not have a complaint against [redacted]. He was the solution to the problem and the only one who gave a name. His solution was what should have been done in the first place. We still have not received the USPS shipment. We were promise a UPS shipment next that has never arrived and they did not even have a tracking number so they did not send as promised (that was the lie) We did receive the shipment [redacted] sent as promised and we do have a windshield installed now without any instruction sheet and no screws to mount the viberator plate but that was fixable. The other employees do need to work on their customer service and do what they say they will do.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Escondido Powersports also operates under Side By Side Sports. I placed an order with Sidebysidesports.com on 7/8/2015, inquired to my order status on 7/17/2015, which is the only time they responded with "PRP is doing a production run next week and you'll have it then". Well, I called and emailed sidebysidesports that week, with no response. Tried emailing their sales address on 8/4 with no response. I reached out to PRP (manufacturer) directly who told me they were having quality issues with the product I ordered and it won't be available until November. Reached out to sidebysidesports again 8/16 saying I want my money back- waiting response now. THIS COMPANY TAKES PAYMENT, BUT DOESN'T PROVIDE PRODUCT NOR RESPOND TO CUSTOMER INQUIRIES!

Review: Placed order in July 2014. Company sent note item on backorder until October but charged credit card. As of today 12/11/2014 item still not received. Tried contacting company several times with no response.Desired Settlement: At this point just want refund.

Review: This website seems like scammers run it. I thought I was ordering a refrigerator but it turned out to be just two pieces of wood and nothing else. I emailed Explosive Powersports asking for a refund and they responded telling me to pay and ship it back. Their website actually says they pay for shipping back and forth but they never put a return label in the box nor did they even put proof of what I purchased inside. There was no good customer service. I felt like it was almost robotic/automatic responses and not a real person replying to me. I feel jipped.Desired Settlement: I deserve a proper refund. I paid 53$ for nothing. I'd be happy if they'd simply send me a return label.

Review: I had purchased a product on their website on September 8th 2014 and after I had purchased the product I had noticed that my order status had said "awaiting fulfillment" so then I checked under completed orders and showed that I haven't even completed an order, so then I researched some reviews online not knowing that this was known to be a non-legit website so with that said I emailed them and called numerous times just in need of a response to know whether I can trust this company and for the last three days I haven't heard nothing.Desired Settlement: The complete amount I had used to purchase the product in the first place including the shipping and handling and taxes

Review: On 12/7/13, I ordered a product from this company, I paid $50.74 for a 300 Magic Trick Set and $12.42 for expedited shipping. Daily, I checked status of the order as it was a Christmas gift, there was no shipping information ever given. I sent a couple of emails to their customer service, they have no phone number to call, and despite their website stating that they answer their emails within 24 hours on weekdays, I never received a response. Due to the nature of the order, a Christmas gift, as backup, I ordered the same product, however, from a different company. On Wednesday 12/18/13, I finally received the package. However, upon opening the package, I discovered I was sent a 20 Magic Trick Set, not the 300 Magic Trick Set I had ordered and paid for. I immediately emailed the company, I also requested to have this item returned for a full refund and as of today's date, 12/24/13, I have not received any replies to my emails.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the purchase price plus shipping, a total of $63.16, nothing less, nor will I consider store credit or replacement as I have already received product from another provider.

Review: I place an order at [redacted].com on 02/16/2013 for several t-shirts, hats, etc. in the amount of $127.96. It is now 06/17/2013 and I still have not gotten a refund or the murchandise. I have sent several emails (as this is the only way to contact them per the website) to sales@[redacted].com with NO response. My bank gave me a phone number for them (###-###-####) which I believe to be a fax line. I dont know what else to do but, this is not right to order something, get a confirmation number, them take the money out of my account and then poof nothing else. Something needs to be done!!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $127.96. As well as the website/business should be shut down.

Hello,

The customer can call into ###-###-#### with their credit card information to receive a refund. The system does not keep credit information for an extended amount of time. The customer who's name is on the order should call in with their order information including order number and credit information ready. They will receive a refund after they have called in.
