Review: This is my 1st order and experience with eshakti. My order number was XXXXXX. I sent the following email four days ago on November 1 and again November 5 2014.

I'm disappointed in this dress. The height was not taken into consideration at all. Its supposed to be knee length and you can see where its at in the picture I will include

The dress is way too big. I took it yo my local talior and it cost me 80 dollars to fix. My mom alot ordered from eshaki and its currently missing and dhl is trying to find it. As a first time customer I am extremely disappointed.

I fixed the dress bc Ehaksti states in their return policy that they are not responsible for lost returns so I did not want to take the chance considering my experience and the fact that my mom's order was lost. Therefore I emailed,I received no reply. Not even : " I am sorry about your experience". I learned about this company from other fashion bloggers and had high hopes. I would like to give a positive review on YouTube but I simply cant with my current first impressionDesired Settlement: I am so disappointed. I would like my emails responded too in a kind fashion and for them to help restore my faith in this company

Review: Last year, I returned some items and was told my account would be credited. The credit, which was more than $300, does not show on my account when I log in. I have sent two emails to the customer service for eshakti, but received no response. I have made numerous phone calls to the phone number they list on their web site for "immediate assistance" and it only loops around to a request to leave a message. If they are not responsive to emails, what makes me think they will reply to a phone message?

The clothes look very cute on the web site, but if their customer service is non-existent or non-responsive, it's not worth doing business with eshakti. Desired Settlement: I would like them to (1) look up the order; (2) provide documentation to me about what amount was refunded to my credit card, and what amount was retained as a credit to my account; (3) confirm the amount available to me as a credit to my account; and (4) let me know how to use that credit on my next order.

Review: I ordered a dress several months agoAfter trying it on I realized the zipper was brokeI didn't want to return it or exchange it cause I loved the dressI called the company (after they failed to return my email) and asked them if they could fix my zipperI girl explained the dress is made in India so they couldn't fix the zipper but she said I could get someone to put the zipper in and mail them a copy of the receipt and they'd give me store credit

Review: Ordered total of three dresses from the website and only received two. Emailed twice to get this issue resolved however I have not heard back. Everytime I call, it rings busy signal. Desired Settlement: I want them to send me a refund for one dress.

Review: I purchased (Product Item - [redacted]) on 03/06/2015. When I received the order on 03/23/2015, and I opened the box, the item that I had received looked nothing like the item that I observed online. The fabric material and style was nothing like what was described. The item was [redacted]ap and very poorly made. I contacted customer service in regards to this issue, and they advised me that I could send the product back, but that I would be responsible for paying for the return shipping fees. I was a little taken back because why should I be penalized for attempting to send back a defective item. Further more, I ordered this dress under a promotional offer (Free shipping, and a 40.00 coupon off). I asked the customer service representative if I could speak to a manager to get this resolved, and she advised me that I would just have to send my complaint via email to [redacted]@eshakti.com, and wait for someone to return my call. Well.... I have yet to get a call regarding this matter. I feel a company of this caliber should have a better customer service and return policy, especially when its an error on their end.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to pay for shipping for me to return the item and a FULL refund. Based off my pass experience thus far, not sure if I would want to re-order anything else from this company.

Review: I ordered products from eshakti at the end of November. My credit card was charged on 11/29/2014. I have made 5 attempts to resolve this issue through email. The first two they acted like they were going to get the issue resolved however after another week goes by and still nothing they have become unresponsive to my requests for update. I did not start trying to contact them until I received a notice my items had shipped and was given a bogus tracking number from[redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like them to locate and ship the requested items within the next 5 days and if unable to do so I would like the charges on my card reversed with interest for the amount of time they have had my money.

I ordered something a MONTH ago and still have not received my purchases. In there company disclaimer it states that they will have something shipped to you within 14 days.

Review: Over the course of two months, I received approximately one email per four that I sent asking for a credit equal to the value of the item I returned. They would not respond to my request, but merely repeated the credit value (which was a different and lower amount). This company is based out of India, which is where all their items are from. I placed an order for a "custom" made dress, providing them with correct measurements. What they sent me what a dress that was 1) Very poorly made, 2) Not even close to the measurements that I provided.

I contacted them over a dozen times, regarding this issue, but never once received a reply. I could return the dress, but it would cost me even more.

I HIGHLY suggest that you do your homework on this company before ordering. There is a reason why they rank a D- by Revdex.com. Horrible!

Review: I ordered two dresses and a top on 8/16/14. The order was incorrect so I called on 8/18/2014. The representative admitted that the website would erroneously submit an order even though the consumer would remove unwanted items from the shopping cart. She stated this happens all the time. I am thinking, "Well, should you not correct this problem?" (Of course manning the company, not the rep.) She stated that she would make order only the items I wanted. By this time, I was so tired of dealing with this that I simply told her to cancel the entire order. That was Monday. She assured me that I would receive a refund in 2-3 days. It is now Wednesday-no refund. I will call today when their offices open at 11 am Eastern Standard time. My money was taken swiftly, they should also refund my money swiftly. I do not plan to order from this company ever again. Other, more reputable companies do not take this long to refund money.Desired Settlement: I want my refund.

Refund was delivered on 8/26 from cancellation made on 8/18. Eshakti representative stated the refund would be complete within 2-3 business days. This process should be done in a more timely manner. I did make a subsequent order and am awaiting my order now. I am hopeful that the products will be of high quality!

Review: I ordered three dresses sized to the exact same specifications, all produced by this company. Two fit but one was considerably smaller. Because this is the company's manufacturing error, I asked for a postage paid return label and a refund for the dress. I have contacted the company numerous times over the past month but have yet to receive a response either to phone calls or email.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the dress and shipping costs both ways.

Review: I placed two orders with this company. Their site states that custom items will be shipped out within 7 business days. After more than 7 days, one of my items has not been shipped but they have debited my account for their money. They do not respond to emails, nor return phone calls, let alone answer their customer service line.Desired Settlement: I will be contacting my bank for a fraud claim.

I've ordered 3 dresses so far from eShakti, 2 fit well but the 3rd is a disaster. Same size, same measurements but a totally inferior product. I've spoken on the phone with 2 different people, emailed pictures 3 different times as requested and STILL they do nothing. I will NEVER give them another opportunity to take my money and not deliver.

Review: It's actually impossible to put this complaint into one category, as the issues plan at least 3.

To start from the beginning, they were having a buy 2, get one free sale. I bought 3 dresses, and after the "one free" my total was around $90. All 3 of these dresses were on sale, so the actual order value was over just $200, which is how they calculate shipping, and put me in the $25 shipping group.

Nearly two weeks later, I get an email saying they cannot provide one of the dresses because they are sold out (wow...) So, I call, and they say because the third was free, I get no credit. The dress retail price was $39, so surely I should have been allowed to chose something in its place for the same value. I would NOT have bought 2 dresses if they weren't running the promotion. It makes no sense that because of THEIR error, I should now not get a third free dress. Days later I get an email with a $20 store credit. Again, this is NOT the same as a free dress of equal or lesser value!

Now, since they only shipped 2 dresses, it lowers my order value, which should have put my shipping at $16. They have not done anything about refunding me the extra shipping that I paid for items THEY could not provide.

I have sent multiple email to specific and general email addresses at their company, with no response. Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund for the difference in shipping ($9) and a store credit equal to the value of the dress they failed to provide. This is more than equitable. If they are not willing to provide this,I want a FULL REFUND, with return shipping paid BY THEM.
