It seems that most auto shipping companies give a quote, take your desired pick up date and then wait for a driver to accept your jobProblem is, if no one accepts it by your ship date, you have a problemEship was ready to schedule a pickup two days after the quoteThey picked it up and dropped it off perfectly as agreed uponThe driver was wonderful and worked out problems with both the pick up and drop off locationsCommunication was great with everyoneI would recommend them and use them againA+

We were moving across the country, from NC to AZI called around to get quotes from many different auto transport companies [redacted] was the Eship representative I spoke to in the beginningThe "guaranteed" quote was for $1,and I was told that Eship didn't use the same "bid system" that other transport companies usedI was told that Eship had a list of dedicated drivers and that one would be assigned to pick up our vehicle as the moving date approachedOur move date was August 24th and I had confirmed a credit card number with Eship on July 15th, thus completing the order over a month in advanceAs time grew closer to our move date we noticed that our deposit had not yet been charged to our cardI called [redacted] two weeks before August to confirm that everything was still on schedule and was told "There is no way that your pick up window will open without a driver being assigned to your vehicle." It was the day before our pick up window opened and still no deposit had been charged to our credit cardI called [redacted] and got her voicemailI left a message explaining my concern and asking her to return my call so we could discuss the situationAbout minutes later I received a text from [redacted] stating that she was having problems finding a driver that would deliver to Prescott, AZThis was the last thing I wanted to hear, especially since I was repeatedly assured that this would not happenI texted back saying that I was concerned that she answered my phone call with a text when I specifically asked for a return call [redacted] responded that she was with her family and that she would contact me by tomorrow (the opening day of our pick up window, days before we leave.) The next hours passed (first day of our pick up window) and no phone call, no text, no email, no contact of any kind On the second day of our pick up window, I called [redacted] at 8am on a weekday and received no answerAt this point we called the number for Eship and spoke to a different rep who deflected our complaints by reciting phrases such as "Our company has star reviews and a great customer service record." as if that made any difference to usHe then told us that he needed to contact some carriers and would call us right backhours passed [redacted] no return callAt this point we were forced to schedule a last minute transport with a different company and canceled our order with Eship The bottom line is that Eship had over a month to work out any issues with transport but seemed to wait until the very last minute only to not come through at the time when we needed it mostOh, the ironyEship advertises "WE SPECIALIZE IN RESCUING THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN BURNED BY OTHER COMPANIES..." and for us, they become one of those "other companies"All in all, this was a terrible experience and if I could give this company less than star, I wouldDo not do business with Eship Transport

contracted with Eship with the stipulation that the full payment ($deposit, $on delivery) for the transport was to be paid with a credit card Eship accepted my deposit on credit card and assigned me to a carrier who told me that they did not accept credit cards Eship was not able to find a carrier that would accept credit card payment so I was forced at the last minute to get a certified check and mail it to my contact person at at the delivery address I contacted the carrier to make arrangements for pickup and was told it would be Oct On Oct I was informed by the carrier that the only way my car could be picked up before my move date (Oct15) was for them to send a driver who would drive my car miles to an untended storage yard to wait for pickup I contracted for door to door truck pickup and did not want to authorize the carrier to drive my car other than to load it on/off his truck so any damage or liability would be covered by his insuranceIf the driver had a collision it would be charged against my insurance and I decided to cancel shipment With no time to find another auto transporter I was forced to sell the car I twice requested a refund of my $deposit from Eship Eship did not refund my $deposit and I had to file a dispute claim with my credit card company

My decision of using eShip proved to be excellent! I purchased this car on 11/19/and called eShip that Saturday around 8:00pmTo my surprise Mark from eShip answered my call and by morning we had ironed out all the detailsThe car was picked up Monday afternoon and was promised the car would arrive by Wednesday the 30thI was satisfied with this delivery date since Thanksgiving weekend was right in the middle of the transport Not only was our BMW in pristine shape (enclosed trailer) it arrived a day early! If I ever need this service again, I know exactly who to callWell done eShip!

I ship my car every year from Fort Lauderdale to Tallahassee and I wouldn't use anyone elseI am able to reach on phone anytime I call, even on Sunday'sI will continue to use them for the next few years while in school and recommend to all at Florida State UniversityCraig can be reached any day of the week at his direct number via call or text, or email, it's great!

Everyone I spoke with at Eship was kind and genuinely wanted a satisfied customerIt was clear from the start they went out of their way to explain everything and more importantly listenedI felt welcome every time I called in, and emails were all returned in a timely mannerI was comfortable throughout the entire process.Above and beyond my expectations!   I am writing today in praise of Craigs family run business Eship &all of your team After having gone through three months with another company who did not know what they were doing, I was getting extremely frustrated and concerned about how to get my Jeep "Snowflake" from Florida to TorontoFrom the first moment I spoke with Craig, he calmed me down immediatelyHe also voiced his empathy with my frustration and sadness and that made me very calmHis gigantic level of empathy, his gigantic sense of ethics, along with his gigantically high level of honesty made me feel comfortable as a customer            I called Craig on the Thursday, and he texted me on Friday morning saying the car will be picked up in momentsI thought to myself "am I dreaming? I spent months suffering with people who didn't know what they were doing and in less than a hours, my problem has been solved!" Instead of tears of frustration I almost cried tears of joyI've been an entrepreneur my entire life and immediately recognized that I was dealing with someone who cared about their customersIn a world of faceless corporations we need people like Craig

I don't typically take time to do these reviews however Eship went above and beyond for me AGAIN!I feel this review is the least I can do for themI have used Eship times for myself and my childrens' vehicle transportsI have also recommended Eships' services to friends and family who were impressed with EshipI guess being family owned and operated is the main reason they take so much pride in their nameAlso the fact that Eship was always available with a simple call, email or text!

I shipped my car from Tampa FL to Anaheim CA after trying a company who promised a cheaper rate ($875) and my car going nowhere, I decided to call back Craig on eShip who gave me real guaranteed rate which was more expensive ($all in) but ended up being the only one to get job doneThank you Craig and your team in eShip , always answered phones anytime you called and if missed your call, got call back within an hour always, great customer service, will definetly be using again your services when i'll need to go back to FL

Fast and easy serviceAfter weeks of counting on another company to get my car shipped and receiving nothing but excuses and requests for more money, working with eShip was refreshingThe rep I spoke with had three drivers lined up for me within minutesI had my car quickly and the whole process was a breezeHighly recommend this company

I am very grateful to eShip for delivering my car on time within a short time windowWe needed the car shipped from CA to NY within days from the day I called so we could use it for a tripI called other companies and they said they couldn't guarantee it and that we'd have a problem if the car arrived after we left because the driver would want to deliver as soon as he arrivedCraig at eShip managed to find a driver who was intent on arriving by our departure date and also willing to promise that if something went wrong like the truck breaking down or storms and he couldn't deliver by that date, he would deliver after we returned from our trip (which would have been disappointing and would have required us to rent a car but still would have been ok)The driver ended up making it on time for the trip exactly as promisedCraig and eShip were the only company willing to make it happen for usHigh praise for them!

I originally went with another 5-star rated shipping broker and my shipment sat with no activity for a week. Mark asked me to give him an opportunity to assist, and he found a transporter in just a few hours and at a price less than the other shipper. I was amazed.
