I shipped my car from Tampa FL to Anaheim CA ... after trying a company who promised a cheaper rate ($875) and my car going nowhere, I decided to call back Craig on eShip who gave me real guaranteed rate which was more expensive ($1050 all in) but ended up being the only one to get job done. Thank you Craig and your team in eShip , always answered phones anytime you called and if missed your call, got call back within an hour always, great customer service, will definetly be using again your services when i'll need to go back to FL.

I had an outstanding experience with eShip! Craig went over and above to make sure everything went well. Great communication, excellent service. Thank you for earning my business. I am one happy customer.

I don't typically take time to do these reviews however Eship went above and beyond for me AGAIN!. I feel this review is the least I can do for them. I have used Eship 3 times for myself and my childrens' vehicle transports. I have also recommended Eships' services to friends and family who were impressed with Eship. I guess being family owned and operated is the main reason they take so much pride in their name. Also the fact that Eship was always available with a simple call, email or text!

My decision of using eShip proved to be excellent! I purchased this car on 11/19/16 and called eShip that Saturday around 8:00pm. To my surprise Mark from eShip answered my call and by morning we had ironed out all the details. The car was picked up Monday afternoon and was promised the car would arrive by Wednesday the 30th. I was satisfied with this delivery date since Thanksgiving weekend was right in the middle of the transport. Not only was our BMW in pristine shape (enclosed trailer) it arrived a day early! If I ever need this service again, I know exactly who to call. Well done eShip!

It seems that most auto shipping companies give a quote, take your desired pick up date and then wait for a driver to accept your job. Problem is, if no one accepts it by your ship date, you have a problem. Eship was ready to schedule a pickup two days after the quote. They picked it up and dropped it off perfectly as agreed upon. The driver was wonderful and worked out problems with both the pick up and drop off locations. Communication was great with everyone. I would recommend them and use them again. A+

contracted with Eship with the stipulation that the full payment ($200 deposit, $1000 on delivery) for the transport was to be paid with a credit card.

Eship accepted my deposit on credit card and assigned me to a carrier who told me that they did not accept credit cards.

Eship was not able to find a carrier that would accept credit card payment so I was forced at the last minute to get a certified check and mail it to my contact person at at the delivery address.

I contacted the carrier to make arrangements for pickup and was told it would be Oct 12.

On Oct 12. I was informed by the carrier that the only way my car could be picked up before my move date (Oct. 15) was for them to send a driver who would drive my car 18 miles to an untended storage yard to wait for pickup.

I contracted for door to door truck pickup and did not want to authorize the carrier to drive my car other than to load it on/off his truck so any damage or liability would be covered by his insurance. If the driver had a collision it would be charged against my insurance and I decided to cancel shipment.

With no time to find another auto transporter I was forced to sell the car.

I twice requested a refund of my $200 deposit from Eship.

Eship did not refund my $200 deposit and I had to file a dispute claim with my credit card company.

We were moving across the country, from NC to AZ. I called around to get quotes from many different auto transport companies. [redacted] was the Eship representative I spoke to in the beginning. The "guaranteed" quote was for $1,050 and I was told that Eship didn't use the same "bid system" that other transport companies used. I was told that Eship had a list of dedicated drivers and that one would be assigned to pick up our vehicle as the moving date approached. Our move date was August 24th and I had confirmed a credit card number with Eship on July 15th, thus completing the order over a month in advance. As time grew closer to our move date we noticed that our deposit had not yet been charged to our card. I called [redacted] two weeks before August 24 to confirm that everything was still on schedule and was told "There is no way that your pick up window will open without a driver being assigned to your vehicle."

It was the day before our pick up window opened and still no deposit had been charged to our credit card. I called [redacted] and got her voicemail. I left a message explaining my concern and asking her to return my call so we could discuss the situation. About 30 minutes later I received a text from [redacted] stating that she was having problems finding a driver that would deliver to Prescott, AZ. This was the last thing I wanted to hear, especially since I was repeatedly assured that this would not happen. I texted back saying that I was concerned that she answered my phone call with a text when I specifically asked for a return call. [redacted] responded that she was with her family and that she would contact me by tomorrow (the opening day of our pick up window, 3 days before we leave.) The next 36 hours passed (first day of our pick up window) and no phone call, no text, no email, no contact of any kind.

On the second day of our pick up window, I called [redacted] at 8am on a weekday and received no answer. At this point we called the 800 number for Eship and spoke to a different rep who deflected our complaints by reciting phrases such as "Our company has 5 star reviews and a great customer service record." as if that made any difference to us. He then told us that he needed to contact some carriers and would call us right back. 3 hours passed [redacted] no return call. At this point we were forced to schedule a last minute transport with a different company and canceled our order with Eship.

The bottom line is that Eship had over a month to work out any issues with transport but seemed to wait until the very last minute only to not come through at the time when we needed it most. Oh, the irony... Eship advertises "WE SPECIALIZE IN RESCUING THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN BURNED BY OTHER COMPANIES..." and for us, they become one of those "other companies". All in all, this was a terrible experience and if I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. Do not do business with Eship Transport.

Fast and easy service. After weeks of counting on another company to get my car shipped and receiving nothing but excuses and requests for more money, working with eShip was refreshing. The rep I spoke with had three drivers lined up for me within 10 minutes. I had my car quickly and the whole process was a breeze. Highly recommend this company.

I had to ship my car from Miami to Los Angeles and [redacted] was super amazing. I received so many quotes from different companies but [redacted] actually took the time and explained the entire process to me from start to finish. The other companies only wanted to take my money upfront and run my credit card. [redacted] found a transporter for me in no time and everything went smoothly. He answered my many calls at different times of the day, even at 10 PM!! Thank you again for helping me transport my car. You made the process much easier. I definitely would use Eship again and will let all my friends and family know as well. Job well done!

I needed to ship my vehicle from New York to Florida, I did some research online and after receiving a few quotes I got a call from Eship Transport, they quoted me $850, I got some lower quotes but they explained how this industry works and they also answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel confident so I trusted them my business. Best decision ever. I was a little worry nervous since it was the first time shipping my vehicle, but they were very patient with me, answered my calls every single time and even got a call back when I left a message on late hours. I will definitely be using them again if I need the service and I recommend Eship to EVERYONE. Thank you!
