I Ordered (20) ounce gold buffalo coins @ $1,each from ESN Direct in January, I wired them $33,Since that time, ESN Direct has only sent me (4) totalThey still owe me coinsESN Direct claims that their merchant bank is holding their money and they can't buy my coinsHave you ever heard of a merchant bank holding funds from January through July? I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in June, and ESN Direct claimed that they have been in contact with me and that I agreed to the delays in shippingI never agreed to any delays nor have I ever understood their reasoningI want my coins or my $26,plus interestRegardless of what they claim, their is no good reason to take $33,from a customer and only deliver out of coins over months

I ordered an item from this company. I did not receive it 2 weeks after ordering so I called to cancel the order. It has now been 2 more weeks and still no refund. This was my 3rd call requesting my refund. I was just told that someone on their end did not close out something or another and I should have my refund in 3-5 business days. That would be almost 5 weeks they had my money with nothing from them except "I'm sorry". I cancelled the initial order because I did not receive the item or any communication from them in 2 weeks. There is nothing in their online available policies that indicate they will take your money right away but when you ask for a refund, you need to make several calls and wait several weeks for it. The worst company I have dealt with on and off the internet.

Mr. [redacted] has ordered many items from us over the past 9 months.  Below are the tracking numbers of orders we have shipped to him over that same period of time.  The last tracking number...

represents the items that were shipped directly from a vendor we use when we need to get an item to a customer quickly in the event we have temporarily run out of stock on that item. (Mr. [redacted] noted this specifically in his letter to you, so we wanted to address it directly.) We present all this information to demonstrate the fact that Mr. [redacted] has received a great deal of merchandise from us. It is true that there are some items he has yet to receive, but we have been in constant contact with Mr. [redacted] to explain why these items have not shipped yet. We are in the process of sending the orders he has mentioned in his letter to you.  We will continue to work with Mr. [redacted] until all issues are resolved.

ESN Direct should be closed down and Scott Singer and Robert Parsons should be charged with felonies under the RICO statutes. Don't buy anything from ESN Direct in Scottsdale, Arizona. They have a long, dirty record of ripping people off.

ESN Direct took my money and never delivered coins. They recently moved out of their building and tried to pass off a p.o. Box as their new address. If you need to serve Scott SInger or Robert Parsons with a summons, you'll find them both at ESN Directs new address below...

ESN Direct is a ponzu scheme. They advertised coins on their show, took my money and never shipped coins. They lie to me all the time and lie on websites like this when responding to cmy complaints. Do you really think all the customers that complain are wrong? This company is run stole my money and does not care. We are putting together a class action lawsuit.

Tell us why here... We did issue a refund on the customer's credit card. However we were in the midst of changing processors and apparently the refund, which was transmitted to the former processor, was not put through to the cardholder.  We will issue a check to our...

customer for the amount owed. we apologize for the cinfusion an ultimate delay.

We deeply apologize for not shipping the items the customer has requested. The order was not queued properly in our system.  We will ship the order ASAP.  The customer should have it in-hand within 3 business days.

The customer's complaint is a valid one.  We did attempt to refund his credit card but the processor (bank) would not allow to go through.  We made several attempts.  Consequently, as of the writing of this response, we will cut a check for the customer and mail it to him.  Mr....

Leuck  will receive his reimbursement by early next week (week of 11/20/16).

I Ordered (20) 1 ounce gold buffalo coins @ $1,650.00 each from ESN Direct in January, 2016. I wired them $33,000.00. Since that time, ESN Direct has only sent me (4) total. They still owe me 16 coins. ESN Direct claims that their merchant bank is holding their money and they can't buy my coins. Have you ever heard of a merchant bank holding funds from January through July? I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in June, 2016 and ESN Direct claimed that they have been in contact with me and that I agreed to the delays in shipping. I never agreed to any delays nor have I ever understood their reasoning. I want my coins or my $26,400.00 plus interest. Regardless of what they claim, their is no good reason to take $33,000.00 from a customer and only deliver 4 out of 20 coins over 8 months.

The chargebacks Mr. [redacted] is speaking about were indeed credited by us (ESN Direct) back to his account months ago. We did that through our former credit card processor.  That Processor is [redacted]. It's obvious [redacted] has not reapplied those funds to Mr. [redacted]'s account even though they debited the funds from our account. After learning from Mr. [redacted] that he still had not received his credits, we sent the Revdex.com a complaint about [redacted] on this very issue on June 30th, 2016. The Revdex.com should have this in their files. We have yet to receive a response. Since we have tried, with no success, to get [redacted] to respond to us,  we believe Mr. [redacted] should have his bank contact [redacted] directly to resolve the issue.

Tell us why here...  The customer was not satisfied with what we had sent him.  On 10/5/2015 we sent the customer a replacement for the original item.  After receiving the item, the customer did not like it and returned the replacement coin.  On 10/20/2015 we sent the customer...

another replacement.  The customer called and did not like that one either.  He then filed a Revdex.com complaint.  We responded to the complaint and again tried to resolve the issue with the customer by sending him het another replacement in 11/2/2015.  The customer said he did not like that replacement either. )This is an item we have shipped to many other customers who were more than happy with the product.) Since we realized we could not seem to satisfy this customer we offered him a full refund.  He refused the refund and filed this new complaint with the Revdex.com.  We are at a loss for how to resolve this issue other than to refund the customer's money in full. We always try to satisfy our customers with either replacement items or refunds, but it seems no matter what we offer Mr. [redacted] he is not happy.

We apologize for the delay in reimbursement.  We have had issues with our former credit card processor for which we would normally channel customer refunds. After exhausting all avenues to remedy our situation with them we must issue a paper check.  We will do that immediately.
