We contacted ESP Supply and had a worker for them come out to look at the scope of the project and submit a quote. The next day we agreed to the quote and submitted a 50% deposit. ESP said it would be 7-9 days when they would contact to arrange the installment for that following day. It's been 19 days without any returned calls or emails.
We have made contact with the customer and the job has been completed 100%, we apologized for the inconvenience and delay. The customer placed the order in the middle of us moving the company to a new location and we were having communication issues with new phone lines. We provided a substantial discount to the customer and they are satisfied with the product.
