I am rejecting this response because: I have NOT received such letter from EssentiaI have also reviewed my documents on Essentia MyHealth and there is nothing there eitherI have an email from Jan [redacted] advising they are reviewing my account and that I'll be working with McKayla (upon my request)However, I have not received ANYTHING asking for my permission to speak with Revdex.com regarding this matter Please accept this as my permission to discuss this matter with Essentia

This complaint has been resolvedMr [redacted] , new to Medicare benefits, scheduled an annual physical with his physician and that was what was performed and documentedIt was subsequently coded correctly and billedMr [redacted] thought he was getting an annual wellness visit which is a much less intense examHe has been contacted twice by our Director of Coding and myself, VP of Revenue Services and the situation explainedA letter was also sent to him along with detailed information on the types of Medicare physical exams and how to schedule them in the futureI also explained our system generated correspondence does not include an individual’s name since any of some 30+ representatives could help himIn summary his account was coded correctly and he now agrees and understandsPlease advise if you need additional informationDan [redacted] Vice President Revenue Services Essentia Health
