letter from Essentia. I have also reviewed my documents on Essentia MyHealth and there is nothing there either. I have an email from Jan [redacted] advising they are reviewing my account and that I'll be working with McKayla (upon my request). However, I have not received ANYTHING asking for my permission to speak with Revdex.com regarding this matter. Please accept this as my permission to discuss this matter with Essentia.

This complaint has been resolved. Mr. [redacted], new to Medicare benefits, scheduled an annual physical with his physician and that was what was performed and documented. intense exam. He has been contacted twice by our Director of Coding and myself, VP of Revenue Services and the situation explained. A letter was also sent to him along with detailed information on the types of Medicare physical exams and how to schedule them in the future. I also explained our system generated correspondence does not include an individual’s name since any of some 30+ representatives could help him. I can however, provide a general overview of Essentia Health's payment options. To better serve our patients, our goal is to provide them with as many options as possible to assist them in paying their medical bills. Following, are the programs that we have available: Short Term Payment Plan Program: This is a no interest payment plan designed for patients who can pay off their balance within four months. The patient will make their payment directly to Essentia Health. Extended Payment Plan Program: This is a program that offers the patient more flexibility in paying off their medical bills. Under this program, our Patient Account Representative can work with the patient to establish a payment plan that is affordable for the patient and agreed to by Essentia Health. This program is at no cost to the patient and the patient will make their payments directly to Western Alliance Bank. This program is administered by Clear Balance. Financial Assistance Program: We offer financial assistance to eligible patients who meet our income and asset guidelines. Free applications are available upon request or online at our website www.essentiahealth.org. Bank Note Financing: This program is available to our patients, should they choose not to accept the Short Term or Extended Payment Plan Programs. We can assist patients with obtaining a bank note which is secured by Essentia Health. This option can expand a repayment term of up to 72 months with no more than 8% interest. We also extend a 20% discount on balances that exceeds $10,000.
