The customer is right. Her account is ready now. Two surgeries and respective recovery times have delayed finalizing this very kind customer's account. The account is ready to mail this week

The client has been notified that the item referred to was in the safe and removed for packaging.  It has apparently been misplaced, but when found will be sent to client immediately.

Client has been paid.  Accounting resolved.  Delay due to outside vendor finishing changes to property and our final clean-up.
