I recently sold my home and was required to change the main water valve as it would not shutoff completely I was quoted $by a highly rated [redacted] which I thought was extremely excessive I called Estrella Mountain and he quoted a fraction of this cost He was very professional, was on time, billed what he estimated and did a great job I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs

After leaving out of state we were informed by nieghbores our yard was floodedas well as a trail of water 1/mile long They couldn't seem to stop the flow having to call us with bad news Within minutes after contacting (EMP) Estrella Mountain Plumbing they arrived, turned off water and sent pics calling with an estimate FAST! they had the problem resolved saving us what could have been thousands of dollars if left unattended Now, unfortunately the landscaping decided to take a crap yesterday, without hesitation we called again and can you even get or expect any better service than before wellWell we received it, they are amazing! I was very happy with Tommy's professionalism and expertise. He called prior to arriving on the service call to give an ETA. He was very prompt and courteous upon arrival. His knowledge and skill level was evident in the quality of the work he performed. Furthermore, he was efficient, considerate, and did only what was required of the job. His rates were very reasonable, especially compared to other more well known/publicized firms. The first day he gave us a free estimate of the work that we were asking him to do. After the estimate, there was zero pressure to perform any work. The next day, after the work was completed, the price was the same as the estimate from the day before. We were extremely happy with the service we received. I would like provide my experience with Estrella Mountain Plumbing. Mr. [redacted] was recommended to me so I called him to provide me a quote on a leaky shower at a rental. He showed up when he said he would, assessed the problem, provided me with a quote which was very reasonable then we made arrangements for the repair. He showed up at the the time he stated and did the repair. While there, the renter pointed out some other issues which he also repaired at a reasonable rate. Since he did such a great job-I asked him to replace the water lines into the house. Again, timely, reasonable and courteous to the renter due to the fact that the water was to be shut off-he arranged it for as little inconvenience as possible. The renter stated he did a great job-I checked it also and was very impressed. I highly recommend Estrella Mountain Plumbing, Mr. [redacted] is timely, very efficient and reasonable and most of all professional.

They arrived promptly as agreed, and removed our mess, and fixed the pipe permanantly. They were professional, and competitive. We have used them several times since, with the same great service.
