We hired [redacted] at Estrella Mountain Plumbing to fix our shower and to install a soft water system in our house. The shower incident was an emergency and [redacted] was very responsive and arrived in record time to fix the problem.He was very courteous and professional at all times. The quality of work was excellent so we hired him to install a soft water system as well as to install a water loop. He arrived at the scheduled time to begin the work. Once again, the workmanship was very good. Will I hire [redacted] at Estrella Mountain Plumbing for future work? You betcha!!!

My experience with plumbers has not been very favorable until I found Estrella Mountain Plumbing. Now I use them for all of my business needs and my personal needs. From arriving on time or early to fair price to professional workmanship I am very happy and will always refer them to everyone.

Estrella Mountain Plumbing gave us a fair price,good workmanship and was patient with this homeowner on a backyard gas line project.

Since moving in to my home I have called Estrella Mountain Plumbing a few times for various repairs. Tommy was always courteous, and always showed up on time. I still have other projects and will be using Estrella Mountain Plumbing again. I highly recommend them.

I have lived in the Goodyear area since 2001, and have used several different plumbing companies for any number of issues in homes we have lived. I checked the [redacted] about 18 months ago and saw Tommy's ad. I read some of the reviews and decided to try him. Five Star communications, Five Star service, Five Star advice, backs up his work to the hilt. I no longer discuss rates with him because he is honest and fair. Another plus, he is a local company and a part of my community. This guy is awesome!! Not sure if he is a Cardinals fan or not, though.

Tommy B[redacted] did a great job with the plumbing work in our home. He was on-time, professional and courteous and left the work site clean after finishing the job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a reputable plumber.

I was so grateful to find a professional like [redacted], owner and technician of Estrella Mountain Plumbing. He was prompt and courteous. He quoted me an exact price for the job and it was done extremely well. The customer service he provided was exceptional, and was the way I remember people used to always provide which is extremely hard to find. I highly recommend his services to all.

My husband called Estrella Mountain Plumbing late in the afternoon completely expecting to be told that they would not be able to come out until the following day. Much to our surprise, [redacted], said he would be over in an hour to take a look at the issue.
Sure enough, he arrived an hour later and assessed the situation. [redacted] let us know that he could come back the next day after his first appointment. Again, true to form, [redacted] showed the following morning as he said he would. He ran a little late because of his first appointment, but he made it a point to call ahead of time. I really appreciated that; a big pet peeve of mine is when someone doesn’t value my time as it is limited and I had postponed a business trip to be on hand.
Now, all of this is exactly what a good business does, so why make a big deal about it? I have pointed this out because not every business behaves like one that wants continued or reoccurring business. Once you have forked over the money, they don’t care. We had an experience like that with Air Now, the owner was supposed to call after the tech didn’t show as scheduled (over five hours later), but he never did. Guaranteed we will NEVER call Air Now Heating and Cooling again unless it’s a warrantee issue over the unit we purchased.
My apologies, I digress. A major reason why I found our business transaction to be such a positive one on top of being punctual is because he took the time to show me what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Unfortunately, I have found that most male repair techs just blow off the female of the house. Not [redacted]. I grew up with four brothers so I know a thing or two about home and car repairs so I appreciate knowing what someone is doing to fix the issue. An added bonus, he even pushed the washer back into its place without me asking. That was very nice of him and certainly not something he needed to do.
All in all, I felt that the cost of the repair was fair and the customer service was superb. I will not hesitate to call/ recommend Estrella Mountain Plumbing to friends and family.
