Mr*** ordered coupler locks. Our website had a price online that was unintentional. We corrected the price right away. They were listed at 90% off the correct retail. The cost of the coupler locks calculated incorrectly and a new order needs to be made if you still wish to

Thanks for your recent order from etrailer.com. The order was phoned in. Our representative let Mr*** know we could not guarantee what he was purchasing would work. He elected to purchase anyway because he let our team know he wanted the longer length. I can offer a
$credit, or Mr *** can return the items for a full credit. We will send him a UPS label in a separate email

I am rejecting this response because:
The product description specifically states "rust proof" (see picture attached) and the item rusted after one use Their response makes it sound like they did me a favor by replacing the rusted parts They replaced them with the same standard part that will rust again the minute this outdoor product is exposed to water again It is just deceptive advertising.The shipping is another example of deceptive advertising I did order at 9pm at night and that day certainly should not count as one of the "days" But days from the following day is Wed not Thur If they had used an upgraded shipping service I would probably be okay with it But they did not - sent it standard ground shipping when I paid extra to get it quicker They literally just took my money as extra profit If they are going to use their own definitions of time frame they need to add it to their shipping info (see picture of current language)

rate on the harness you purchased. We've opened up a case with the manufacturer of the product to help you with the installation and troubleshooting of what is causing your issueThe case number is Case# ***

Thanks for your order from etrailer.com. Under the terms of the warranty, the product can be returned to etrailer. In this instance the product will be replaced for you. (you cover cost to mail to us, and we will replace bag and mail back to you at no charge) We were
notified there was an issue with the bag on 2-16-16. We requested additional information/clarification so we could take care of it. Our first reply was received months later on 7-25-16. If you no longer want the bag, it can be returned and an etrailer gift card for $will be issued to you toward a future purchase

trouble you have experienced with the window visors. I just confirmed with the manufacturer that your specific fit does not require clips nor should the visors have holes. I am rejecting this response because:I ordered the right part which was sent after I spoke to a representative over the phone. I did not order a part online that was for a vehicle that I had not ordered. No matter what the Bussiness states this information is incorrect and I feel that this company has a gimmick set up because they are charging a totally different price on shipping.
