The customer spoke with the manager earlier this week......we invited him in to take a look at the car. He came to the store and we were in the process of setting him up with a no charge courtesy loaner car. It was discovered at write up that insurance would not cover the courtesy car. The...

Business called and stated for the customer to call the business to set-up an appointment so they can look at the car. He should ask to speak to Bill L[redacted], the Service Manager. Business also stated if customer wants a loaner car, he would need to bring in the right credentials.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The business only offered to provide the service paid for after complaints were filed with Corporate and the Revdex.com. It was at this time the business performed the tire rotation if failed to do on the initial repair attempt and I am still unhappy with the service provided. I am no longer seeking a billing adjustment since the work was eventually performed and I believe one has to pay for accurate and actual service performed. If not for the Revdex.com the service we paid for would have been provided.
