Ms. [redacted] would need to contact their company directly in order to resolve issues involving their product. Ms. [redacted] enrolled into our trial program on 2/14/2017 and the trial period had expired on 3/1/2017. Since a cancellation notice was not provided prior to when the trial expired, a charge in the amount of $89.85 was then issued on the account. Under normal circumstances the end of trial costs are non refundable, however we will be issuing a refund in the total amount of $89.85 as of today to resolve the complaint. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to process. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at [redacted] or [redacted].

To whom it may concern,We would first like to apologize to Ms. [redacted] that she did not find our response satisfactory. However, as explained previously, we have already issued the refund. It will take 3-5 days for this refund to show up on your billing statement. Furthermore, we want to clarify that our company did not “[take your] money the same day for the first charge”. Our records indicate that the customer signed up for our 14-day free trial on July 22, 2017. Ms. [redacted] was only charged for shipping and handling on that day and given the tracking number [redacted]. According the USPS tracking, the customer received the package on July 26, 2017. Because Ms. [redacted] did not call to cancel her trial, she were billed for the full price of the product on August 6, 2017. I have yet to see the money and although they say they will refund it in 3 to 5 I don't trust it because they had no problem taking my money the same day for the first charge.They could say anything to get this to close, also "[redacted]" promised me I wouldn't get my money. I would also like to state I never ordered it from there website. I answered questions about amazon and was supposed to get this lotion for free. I agreed to pay 4.95 for shipping and handling. I also have a link to the amazon email that was sent and I was to get free lotion after taking survey and that should prove everything. They also sent me an email  of the 4.95 and very sneakily took out 89.95and never sent me the email stating that. I am not the only person this company has ripped off. Everyone is writing bad reviews about this company taking there money and scamming them. Look online it's everywhere. And the customer service was horrible .. he was nasty and rude when I called and was forced to cancel a subscription I never even placed. He refused my money back so I'll believe it when I see it. Until then I will continue to take action such as with online FBI and whoever else will listen. Not only was I scammed but was insulted over the phone after I was scammed .  I'm not an it and I know I was victim of fraud. We'll see if I ever get my money

Our records indicate that Mrs. [redacted] contacted our customer service team and verbally agreed to a partial refund of $31.48 on 9/20/2017. Though the customer was passed the guarantee period, by accepting this partial refund the customer had agreed to settle and cancel the account. We have confirmed this customer has been taken off recurring billing and will no longer be billed. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I will need to see my next credit card statement to verify that this company has refunded at least 1/2 of the charges, as they said that they have done.  The charges are probably 2 different incidences of approximately $89.95 each, so I will need to see a refund of that amount for it to be half.  This serum is certainly no miracle cure and they are charging as if it is.  Per my phone call with the representative, I understood that I would be refunded half of 2 shipments.  I will nee to wait and see my statement, so I appreciate all efforts on my behalf, but request that this case remain open until then.
