Hello,We apologize for any miscommunication this customer has experiencedOn our terms and conditions, it states that a customer has days to try out their product and if they do not cancel within those days they will be charged the full price of the product (which is a full sized product)On our checkout page, a customer cannot complete their order without agreeing to those termsAs far as the day shipping, that is standardIn our terms it states the product will be shipped out WITHIN a day, not that it will arrive in a dayDespite being outside the trial period, we've gone ahead and issued a full refund and cancelled her monthly subscription

Hello, we apologize for any confusionOur terms and conditions do state on our check out page that the customer has days to test out our productAfter which, they can either continue on and pay the full retail price, and every days thereafter - or they can call into our customer service center and cancelI apologize for the bad information our agent provided about returning a product, they should have refunded immediately once you alerted themUnfortunately this customer has already issued chargebacks for all their orders with their bank, so our system simply won't allow us to refund any further - the refund should have come directly from their bank

Despite being outside the trial period we have decided to fully refund the original order as wellUnfortunately we can only refund the charges we have on record, we cannot provide payment for any interest accrued on personal banking or credit card

As we stated before, this customer has already filed a reversal/chargeback with her bank so we simply cannot issue any further refundIt's already been credited back to her via her bank

because you have already filed a chargeback with your bank. This means you were already refunded by your bank while they investigate the charge.

I do not understand at all the language about the bank.  IT is to me the same mumbo  jumbo as their whole process.  I admit that I did not call and cancel within 14 days, but I simply did not know that that was the procedure.  THe cancellation policy was certainly not up front and obvious.  HOwever, I did return the product stating that I had not ordered the product and please do not charge me.  To me, that was pretty clear that I was not expecting  to receive any more products or that I wanted anymore.  Granted, I did not use the word cancel or call on the telephone.  I did spend my time and postage to make my wishes known.I ordered one free trial the name being [redacted].  MY invoice from my credit card company comes showing   three different charges with three different names, [redacted], [redacted], lensmktg.  and the Euphoria product even comes with the name UPhoria on my credit card bill.  THe product comes with a 5x7 piece of paper showing a sku number, the name Uphoria anti-aging cream and the quantity 1.  NO Price.  I have received notice from my credit card company stating that They are going to charge me for three months worth of products because I did mark the box on the contract that says I understood  their policy.  I offered to send the products back and they said they didn't want them. ????

Hello,Our apologize for the incorrect information our customer service team was relaying to this customer. The customer is not locked into a  year subscription - but was in fact enrolled in our monthly subscription per our terms and conditions. A customer has 14 days to try the product and...

either continue on with it or contact us to cancel their account if they are unhappy with it. I do see she was refunded her last order and I've gone ahead and refunded the previous two before that despite being outside the refund window. We hope this helps resolves the issue.
