Despite being outside the trial period we have decided to fully refund the original order as well. Unfortunately we can only refund the charges we have on record, we cannot provide payment for any interest accrued on personal banking or credit card.

Hello, we apologize for any confusion. Our terms and conditions do state on our check out page that the customer has 14 days to test out our product. After which, they can either continue on and pay the full retail price, and every 30 days thereafter - or they can call into our customer service...

center and cancel. I apologize for the bad information our agent provided about returning a product, they should have refunded immediately once you alerted them. Unfortunately this customer has already issued chargebacks for all their orders with their bank, so our system simply won't allow us to refund any further - the refund should have come directly from their bank.

 There were two charges that acquired interest. I am rejecting this to make sure that all charges and interest or covered. When speaking to the company representative, they had agreed to credit one charge and  refused to cover the second charge along with interest.  I need clarification that this is covered before I accept the outcome of this complaint.  This is the reason why I filed a complaint because they failed to cover those charges along with interest.

I did return an email stating I accepted the terms brought forth by the company, however I failed to include the information that the company stated in their response to the Revdex.com, that a “refund had been issued”. our checkout page, a customer cannot complete their order without agreeing to those terms. As far as the 2 day shipping, that is standard. In our terms it states the product will be shipped out WITHIN a day, not that it will arrive in a day. Despite being outside the trial period, we've gone ahead and issued a full refund and cancelled her monthly subscription.

We cannot refund the charges for September because you were already enrolled in our monthly subscription and did not call in to cancel before the month. Per our terms and conditions, customers will be charged every month for a new 30 day supply until they no longer wish to receive it. At which point, they need to call customer service to cancel.

Since I was scammed this amount of money I have read numerous other complaints made by people who were also scammed so I am not the only person this has happened to.  This company is a fraud and are out to scam as much money as they can before they get shut down.  I demand my full refund.
