Review: I am filing a complaint regarding an inspection for my vehicle on January 16, 2014. I asked Sayeed to check to see if anything else was wrong with my brakes besides the issues I already knew about since I do have my own mechanic. I told him that there was a timing tensioner issue as well as guard rails broken. I also mentioned that there was an ABS issue as well. He informed me that he would charge $98 per hour and I told him not to check the things that I already knew was a problem. He ended up charging me $300 telling me he had to look at certain things. I know exactly what it takes to take of the cover to see the timing chain and how long it takes to look at the ABS system. It doesnt take 3 hours. Needless to say I am very upset about his charge and the language barrier is just an excuse. I dont mind paying for 1 hour of work but he is being unfair in charging me 3 hours of work just to confirm what I already told him was wrong. Times are hard and $300 dollars is a lot to charge for an Hour of work especially when he didnt fix anything. I already tried to ask him for a refund but he refused.Desired Settlement: I don't mind paying for an hour but not 3 hours. $98 per hour

[redacted], caled almos a month before he bring his car in for repair, finaly he bring the car on Jan 16. 2014. I mintion it would be two hours of inspection and dianostic but he was agreedy was mintioning about brakes/abs and also said about timing tensioner/! We check brakes all around and find out it would be abs unite/ then I caled customer toled him about timing chine tensioner we need to open or remove volve cover gasket, make shore chineis not to lose or whatever the case would be customer was agreed extra hour removing V.C.G , cleaning and the inspicting tensione/when we open V.C.G. the chine tensioner was broken inside.
