We only have received one phone call for a service and that was for difficultly opening the front storm door.After receiving your service call we tried multiple times to schedule with you to get the service taken care of. Once you were scheduled we had a break in at our office where 4 of our trucks...

were broken in to and all of our tools were stolen. We explained the situation to you and hoped for your understanding. The theft totaling in the thousands was not something that was planned and did effect us severely. Once we were back on our feet we did reschedule with you for August 29th to have our service technician out there to adjust the door for you. This service was completed by our service technician. No wall damage or trim issues were reported to us after your window install but according to your letter our door installer was more that happy to assist you.
